[00:00:03] You're listening to PBN. You will pay us back the stability here.
[00:00:55] If you're listening live, or watching live rather, if you're watching live, you see the continuity flag. If you're listening, then you know that the show art is that incredible big C with the continuity sword and the three slices running through it. Now, don't worry. I'll pop up here in a minute. But I did want you to understand that this is the morning after.
[00:01:21] We are experiencing the morning after our second continuity meeting in what has amounted to be something pretty awesome. Something this is better than I thought it was going to be. Okay. Truly, the continuity has become a thing now. It's solidified. It's not a fluke.
[00:01:48] Our first meeting wasn't a one hit wonder. In fact, this one was I think this one was even better. This one was even but we were we're talking Homeland Attack last night. I must say our members, those in the continuity, I thought more of you would be there. Now, we are going to publish the notes in the continuity section in Element.
[00:02:16] We're going to even I asked those participating if I could record it. It's only audio, really. It's no video. But I asked if we could record it or no videos of people. Because what we undertook last night was. Well, what we did last night is what every major city should be doing or should have done by now. That's that's kind of really what the continuity amounts to in my head.
[00:02:44] What it amounts to in my head is is we are honing an exercise that should be done at the city level everywhere across the nation in all major and even mid tier cities. You know what I mean? That's really at the crux of it with what the continuity is all about.
[00:03:05] Yeah, it's about contemplating unthinkable situations and figuring out how you're going to work your way out of the problem. Here's the good news for those of you who missed it, those of you who are not continuity members yet. What we found because of this this homeland attack scenario that we're working through right now, right?
[00:03:31] The home defend the homeland, the homeland attack as popularized on the Sean Ryan show and a few other places. This has been at sort of the core of my preparedness this year. It's been our newsletter. It's been a lot of what I've been thinking about, worried about for the nation on a whole. We've had the border shellacked wide open for four years, inviting everybody in.
[00:04:00] God only knows God only knows what's here in this country right now. You know what I mean? Who and what is in this country right now? An attack like this. Well, the way we laid it out, the way we laid it out is pretty, pretty simple. Three major cities, multi-tiered attack, multiple methods of attack, multiple locations within the city. Okay.
[00:04:29] Everything from drones to IEDs to bomb vests to active shooters. And the FBI may kick my door in the next couple weeks. Who knows? You know, because we're doing this all online. And I'm sure it looks really crazy. But we met yesterday. We gathered yesterday as the continuity. And the good news for you out there who missed it is we have two more. We have two more.
[00:04:58] We looked over the scenario. We looked at the swathe of things that we had to deal with. And basically we're like, okay, we have three cities to think through. We have New York City. We have LA. We have Chicago. We have multiple locations, multiple attackers. Insane. We decided New York this month, Chicago next, LA after that. Okay.
[00:05:26] So the continuity will meet next month in June. And we will pick up where we left off. All right. We've left New York City in rubble. So not necessarily. But if you're in, you'll get the notes if you're in the continuity. We left New York City. We've also added a personal preparedness section to the continuity meeting. So before we were talking about infrastructure, how do we keep the lights on? How do we keep communication?
[00:05:55] You know, sort of city planning, city emergency response, that kind of thing. But the prep and Patriot, really everybody there kind of, I think he kind of honed in on it. But we definitely kind of settled on the idea that there's a missed opportunity if we don't create a section here for personal response. So like, in other words, we've played pretend.
[00:06:19] He also called the continuity preppers, dungeons and dragons, which I think it all sounded really cool until you said that. Right. I think he might be right on the money, actually. It is. It is ask. You know, it is. There is some fantasy and some imagination involved in it. But it's a great scenario. It's a great simulation. Just is, you know.
[00:06:47] So we've added a personal preparedness side to the to the meeting as well. This thing, you know, like I said, like I always tell you, and I hate to beat the drum. I really I mean, it's not my favorite thing to do. It's really nice. One of my least favorite things to do is to sit here and become a member. You should consider being a member at Pribble Brokers. Really? Like, I'm not sales guy. I'm not into it. It just, you know, we're running a business. It is what it is.
[00:07:15] But at the cost of what membership is, $60 for the year, like. One continuity meeting with the groups, with the people who are at the continuity meetings, with the thought processes, the life saving thought considerations and so on. The modifications that you'll make to your own personal preparedness plans just by going through one continuity meeting. It should have a cost. It's all its own.
[00:07:45] It's almost like a like a paid training, the continuity meetings. And it's better than a paid training because I'm not going and then you should do this and then you should do this and then you should do this. You know what I mean? It's a collective war room for emergency preparedness. I mean, and it comes with a worksheet that you could fill out for every disaster, every situation. I don't know, guys. You know what I mean?
[00:08:10] I if I were you, I definitely want to be there for Chicago. OK, be there for Chicago. Born to brap in chat. What is up? Sorry, I'm early. Sorry, my son's under the weather. I walked in from dropping one kid off. My wife's walking out, taking him to the doctor. And I said in this little window, I'm going to throw a show together. And that's what we're going to do. So but I had to talk about the continuity today.
[00:08:39] Again, go to PBN family dot com. Sign up. You can sign up for five bucks a month if you're like, I want to do this so bad, but I don't have any money. You know what I mean? You can do this for five bucks a month. OK, if you if you don't want to get into an annual payment, you could sign up as a lifetime member. Never think about it again. Come to the meetings. Take advantage of the membership. So on. Born to brap is a member over at YouTube. You know, we have I haven't even looked in Instagram. I don't know who's in Instagram.
[00:09:09] I'm sorry. Phoenix is with us. Jewel rate is with us. All kinds of great people over there. Phoenix is taking the kids for a hike this morning. Tired mom posts. Thanks for joining us. I'm going to make you much more tired, tired mom posts. I can tell you that if you stick around with me, you're going to be exhausted mom posts or post mortem, something like that.
[00:09:33] Because, you know, I think one of the things that people probably hate most about my content is it's always I don't know. Seems like I give you stuff to do or motivate you to do stuff or or make you feel bad that my motivating you did not get you to do the stuff. I don't know. We do a lot. We do a lot here at PBN. It's I'm very proud of it. You know what I mean? I have no idea what's going on outside of that. Not no clue.
[00:10:01] I know Trump and Putin talked on the phone yesterday, and that seemed to not really move the needle very much to me, guys. We're on a warring planet right now. You know what I mean? That's that's what's going on. We're on a warring planet right now. There is a time for war and a time for peace. As per the Bible, this is a time for war. Just is what it is. I'm not saying I agree with the wars. I'm not saying I want the wars. I'm saying that's where we're at right now. We're not even talking about the southern border.
[00:10:31] Just where we're at right now. This morning, I read that the Europeans are coming out against Israel now. Israel's decided, let's move everybody out of Gaza. The UK, France, Canada. They're like, oh, no, no, no, no. We're not having that. Oh, OK. And what do you mean? You're not having, you know. So this is just where we're at. Johnny five. Calm down. Calm down, buddy. It's all good.
[00:11:01] So. Let's just that's the conditions. You know, it sounded really good. It felt really good. Donald Trump said, I'm coming in. I'm going to end these wars. And I think he will end these wars. Well, I don't know if he's going to end the Middle East one. You know what I mean? It's going to take him in Saudi Arabia to do anything with that. And we got to contend with Iran still. Iran is still like way not. We're making a nuclear bomb and blowing this place to high heaven, dude. Forget about it.
[00:11:28] So we're very far from peace as a planet, even as a nation. You know, because many of our allies are entrenched in warfare. So that's the situation, folks. We haven't heard a peep from China. You know, it is what it is. Prepare accordingly. You know what I mean? What's what's the major? What is the major preparedness step that everyone should take? In other words, if there's one thing that you could do, one thing that you should do, what is it?
[00:11:58] You should prepare for an extended bug in situation where you were on your own and sustaining your family and meeting your family's needs for three to six months. At least. Now, that might sound like a lot. What do you mean? Three to six months of water, three to six months of food, three to six months of medic? Yeah, that's exactly what I mean. That's exactly it. I keep coming back to it. We do these simulations. We watch different terrible things happen across the planet.
[00:12:27] We talk to people who've been through things. We talk to people who've studied. Right. And it all comes down to the same sort of thing to me. To me, it always comes back to you're going to wind up at your house, staying inside, watching the world outside going. What the hell's going on? I'm not going out there. Right. Dave Jones in his daily audio cache said the riskiest thing is movement. Take his word for it.
[00:12:54] When Dave Jones says a thing, when he proclaims a thing, it's not like I'm just going to pluck this out of midair. No, I'm going to pluck this out of years of emergency management experience, years of military experience. When he says a thing, when he proclaims a thing, do as I do. Write it down across your cerebrum. Right. Because it's important. Roads equal death.
[00:13:21] It's another adage of Dave Jones that I always wrap my head around. You know, in a collapse sort of situation. So bugging in. This is this has become sort of de facto plan one for preppers, survivalists and the average person after COVID. It really should be where you go first with everything. You know, oh, I got to build a bug out back. No, you know.
[00:13:51] Oh, I got to make sure that I have the whatever it is, the bug out vehicle. You know, I really want to get this cool secondary location. Get the first location optimal before you worry about any other location. Get it optimal. How are you going to where's the food going to go? How are you going to store the food? How are you going to cook the food? Right. Because what it looks like to me, guys, if we cut away all the bullshit. Right. What it looks like to me.
[00:14:24] People bug in. In mass. Right. That's what it is. In mass. So. That's what the deal is, man. What can you do? Right. What can you do? To make yourself more comfortable, more prepared. At home. In your local community. Because again, right. The bug in also includes the neighbors. That includes the neighbors. Now you got people.
[00:14:54] And maybe the people aren't the most superhero survivalist preppers that you'd like to have. But they're your people and they're close. And when you have problems, they're going to be the ones that are there. Right. That's all. That's what it is. So. The bug in, PBN family. The bug in. Right. No matter what the news says. No matter what the, you know, the whole thing. Bug in. Jewelrate is talking about. Extending my cure salt provisions to store meat the old way.
[00:15:24] Cure salt one with more nitrates and cure salt two to long provision. Uh, if you look back in the membership, on the membership side, he just ordered 200 kilos of each. Look, that might sound really foreign to you guys. Um, the book charcuterie, which is behind me. It's almost always in view. That's it right there. See what the white letters charcuterie.
[00:15:55] Right next to the CIA textbook. Okay. Charcuterie. It doesn't seem like a prepper book because it's a chefy book, but it explains everything about curing with salt. It's everything about pink salt and nitrates and nitrate. The whole thing. If you can cure, we do a cure every year here at PBN, by the way. We do a cure every year on the membership side. We do a hung ham. Right.
[00:16:22] Sort of like a prosciutto style or a country style ham. This is what you do with meat when the refrigeration is nil. The power is nil. Right. Like, in other words, I'm a hunter. I'm a shoot me some deer if the shit hits the fan. Well, that's fine. But without refrigeration, we all know what happens to a deer. Right. There's a reason you don't hunt deer in August. So, you got to, you know, you got to have a plan for that.
[00:16:51] And salt. Pink salt. Those are the plans for that. I still think that a prepper, that is a prepper, needs to know how to cook right. One hundred percent. Man, the two things that preppers always fall short on, in my opinion. It's getting way better, by the way. Way better. But the two things that are the most underappreciated. Cooking from scratch. Baking from scratch. The whole thing. Cook it. Like that book. Everything in that book right there. The CIA textbook.
[00:17:19] When I say CIA, I mean the Culinary Institute of America. The CIA textbook. And fitness. Physical fitness. Those two things. See, you can't sell a whole lot of cool gear for physical fitness and like baking bread. You know what I mean? But those things are the things that will keep everything going. All right, folks. I'm not going to ramble today. I don't know when the family's coming back.
[00:17:48] They're going to come bursting through that door. The dogs are going to go crazy. That's the thing, right? What I wanted to tell you today. Amazing night. Thank you, Jay Fergie, for joining us. Volcana, Prep and Patriot. You guys were phenomenal. Wolf Warrior Brewing Company. The latest Prepper Broadcasting Network sponsor. Welcome into the chat. I'm just kidding. Garden Girl is going to be teaching today. That's another big one.
[00:18:15] Another big skill that's overlooked by preppers a lot is teaching. Right? Teaching kids. I've got a... I was running yesterday. Did a hard three-mile run in the hot, hot weather. And I was thinking a lot about that teaching. You'll hear more about teaching in the coming days. All right, folks. I do appreciate you. Thank you so much. Instagram, YouTube, X.
[00:18:39] Make sure you guys subscribe and like and tell your friends and tell your family and tell your mother and father and your neighbor and your sister and your hamster because, you know. We've been at this a long time. And we have a lot of answers. You know what I mean? Blessed be to the continuity. I'll talk to you guys soon. Look, go to pbnfamily.com. Join the continuity next month. Right? Massive terrorist attack in Chicago.
[00:19:08] I want your input. That's... You know...
