[00:02:48] I was looking around today.
[00:02:50] I got tons of mud picking up off the floor because I came in yesterday after working outside on my deck.
[00:02:55] I've been ripping it up for the past week or so and I've been building a new deck.
[00:03:01] I was going to work for that.
[00:03:06] I was going a couple of weeks.
[00:03:11] I just want to touch bases with you guys and let you know where I've been.
[00:03:16] I have been filthy dirty, like crazy insane dirty yes but busy.
[00:03:21] It was required to me recently to go back to the police academy.
[00:03:26] I'm certainly not a big fan of overreaching government but whatever for whatever reason they decided to get rid of or make it more difficult on local police departments.
[00:03:37] In response to that, I was sent back to the police academy for two weeks to take a two week refresher course like a transition course
[00:03:46] to get me certified as a full time police officer.
[00:03:50] All that being said, I got to go back to keep in mind.
[00:03:54] I first went through the police academy in 2006 and 2007 there was an overlap
[00:03:58] and I was policing with the 40 hour mandatory firearm training back in 2006
[00:04:04] and quickly went right into a ten month part time police academy
[00:04:11] because remember I was working full time at a maximum security mental health facility
[00:04:15] and I had been doing that since 1998.
[00:04:19] By this time, I had eight years of seniority with the state and I was fully vested
[00:04:23] and no way I was going to quit that right for policing to have less insurance and lesser benefits.
[00:04:31] I'm assuming I'm going to throw it today.
[00:04:34] So I bypassed the idea of just going full time police
[00:04:40] and I got myself a part time police job and went to the part time academy.
[00:04:44] Well, recent laws have changed up a bit.
[00:04:48] So I went back to a two week transition course like I said a while ago
[00:04:52] and in the process, I got to relearn a bunch of things that I had learned in the police academy
[00:05:00] but there was some other things which you know I probably could have used back in the day
[00:05:04] like high-speed pursuits for example going through intersections.
[00:05:09] I thought that was very interesting and there's you know a couple of things
[00:05:12] so I got to do some full day of Gracie survival tactics.
[00:05:17] So jujitsu stuff.
[00:05:19] Yeah, I was wrestling on the ground with 20, 30 year olds for a day
[00:05:24] and let me tell you, I still have scabs on my feet from kicking bags
[00:05:30] and I saw some sore on my left side from a busted rib.
[00:05:34] It was intense and there were some other things that we did.
[00:05:38] I could tell you but we have to get rid of you because it's top-sick or classified.
[00:05:43] You have to continue to eat your crickets.
[00:05:45] You cannot know what transpired in that two week transition course.
[00:05:50] But I did that for two weeks and like I was saying,
[00:05:53] I come back and immediately start ripping up my deck because we have a pool
[00:05:57] and our deck is very old and it's last winter, this last winter.
[00:06:03] One of our boards broke and our stairs started popping off.
[00:06:07] It was time. I told them, I told my family right before that winter
[00:06:12] that this coming winter would be the last time the last winter that the deck was going to see.
[00:06:16] And sure enough the boards start cracking and breaking. They were just really old boards.
[00:06:21] So it came to go. It was time to go.
[00:06:24] So I started ripping up the old decking and I saw that the bones were salvageable with some reinforcement.
[00:06:34] So I went to the store and I spent some money and I've been reinforcing the deck.
[00:06:41] And we decided we're going to put a hot tub in so I'm reinforcing that
[00:06:46] and I'm expanding out from our current deck out to this winter pool.
[00:06:50] I want to be expanding on and building that. I've been busy. I've been really busy.
[00:06:54] And my hours picked up too at the police department so I actually had to back off that little bit
[00:07:00] so I can get this done because our door, the doorway to our house is ripped up.
[00:07:05] Like you used to have to walk in up a deck to access the door.
[00:07:10] It's all ripped up now. And we got no decking down right now because I ordered it
[00:07:16] and they didn't have a pay for what I paid for it. And I went back to grab what was left
[00:07:22] and they had actually ran out.
[00:07:25] So they had to back order the remainder boards which was like 68, 12 footers
[00:07:34] and that was just... That's not all of them. I got to go pick by some more.
[00:07:37] That's just enough to take care of a section of the deck so we can again walk back into the house
[00:07:43] using the main door and the World Park vehicles.
[00:07:47] But man, yeah, that being said it's been... It has been... It has been... It's crazy in the world also.
[00:07:55] And I've been kind of paying attention to when I can.
[00:08:00] Some of the things going on. And I guess violence is picking up over on the border.
[00:08:07] I read an article. I think I can't remember if it was Daily Wire or Epic Time sent out an article
[00:08:12] that the border security was kind of bum-rushed by a gaggle of illegal immigrants pushing their way and forcing their way into the United States.
[00:08:23] So that's not good. Some other things here. Let me see... Let me pull up some stuff here.
[00:08:31] Illegal alien caught at the border. Says he's a his bullet terrorist.
[00:08:36] So I mean, remember the guy a few weeks ago that the interviewer was just randomly at the border grabbing people and talking to them?
[00:08:46] And he was later identified as a terrorist like a terrorist leader.
[00:08:50] He had just... He had done some prison time and was just recently released and crossing over into a border.
[00:08:55] Lots of that is happening. And so apparently conservatives and the center... The centerfield folk who think that the border needs to be secured because it's dangerous, we might...
[00:09:08] Well, we might... Turn that we might actually be right. It goes back to my M&M's analogy or my Skittles analogy.
[00:09:14] If I hand you a bag of Skittles, then one of them is highly dangerous. We'll kill you instantly and say here. Have a bag of Skittles.
[00:09:20] But before you eat, let me let you know that one or two of the Skittles that it's in that bag will kill you instantly after you eat it.

[00:09:35] Thousands, tens of thousands. We got millions now in this country that are here illegally because of the flood of illegals that are reporting here.

[00:09:48] There are people from China. There's Chinese nationalists coming over, really? You don't just get to... You just can't flee China. That's not how it works, folks.

[00:11:34] Elon Musk says moderation is just propaganda term for censoring. Love it. Love that line. It's absolutely true. You want to moderate. That means you want to censor.
[00:11:43] Because he believes in quote-unquote accountability. Who determines accountability? Are we going to help people accountable because smells of feelings that hurt? Who determines that?
[00:11:54] There's a crazy slippery slope right there that we don't want to have to deal with. Anyway, I had it over in my dellow to Clapper and I started me a little clap or app.
[00:12:05] No, I was about the time I started, you know, because I'm really good at finding for-the-of-clovers. I'm one of those kind of guys. I picked it up as a kid sitting out and sometimes I wanted to be a just do my own thing.
[00:12:16] And I would kind of after playing on the monkey bars and you're doing all the dangerous things that you're not allowed to do no more as a child, head over to the field next door and sit down in the clover fields and look at the patterns of three and identify a for-the-of-clover.
[00:12:31] And I've been doing that my entire life. I could spot a for-the-of-clover. If it's there, I could spot it.
[00:12:36] And I started recording these videos and uploading them to Clapper and I got a few up there now. So that's kind of interesting. [00:14:04] I really don't know if you could do that. Apparently the judges these days can do anything they want to anyway. And so that's what makes a lot of living these days so difficult is because there's no righteousness in legal system anymore.
[00:14:20] No justice anymore in legal system. It's full of activist judges, right? And it's obvious when you look at the history of all the moves that's been made against Trump from from from the bench that this is the case.
[00:14:39] Well, let's see here April 1st breaking the judge blocks Biden administration to attempt to expand lending rules.
[00:14:49] So I guess the federal government was attempting to expand their fair lending rules was blocked for many institutions, the new rules according to the Epic Times, which have been due to take effect on April 1st are based on interrupt interpretations of federal law US district judge Matthew.
[00:15:08] Castmark ruled on March 29th current rules for instance based on the Community Reinvestment Act required banks and other lenders to provide services to low and moderate income people in the local community.
[00:15:18] The expanded rule stretch the definition of community to any individuals with whom the lenders do business.
[00:15:24] Government officials alleged that the world entire before community is in in the law necessitated a fresh examination of the statute and prompted the new rules.
