[00:00:00] Well, hello and welcome to another episode of The Strange Truth. I'm your host Carl B. Ian. What a two weeks, right? About two weeks has been since I've, you know, since my last podcast

[00:00:52] it's been it's been insane. I had to miss last week because, you know, we had a lot of little things going on with the family and we took a big trip to Legoland. It was a day trip but

[00:01:06] you know it took a lot out of me to go and walk around Legoland there in Muncie for, you know, for, you know, for a good part of a day. But you know the kids enjoyed it

[00:01:20] and everything else. The water park there is great although you have to reserve your time slot in the water park. So that was, that was good. But it's been crazy, right? We had the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. You know we had, you know, President Biden dropping out

[00:01:44] of the election for November and he basically gave the nod and basically said okay, you know, Camilla, all right, Harris, you know, she's gonna take his place. And you know, so it's, it's been a surreal couple of days starting with the assassination attempt on Donald Trump.

[00:02:13] I was, we were watching something on television when, you know, my daughter, she was online, she was on her phone and she was like well I think something happened to Donald Trump and

[00:02:25] my wife, she got on her phone and she was like yeah I think there's been an assassination attempt and everything else. And you know it became pretty surreal, right? You know that somebody would actually do this. But when you really consider like the rhetoric that has been

[00:02:46] drummed up and you know they say a lot about Trump. They say a lot about how what a horrible person he is, what a bad person he is, what a racist he is and this and that. And it's you know,

[00:03:00] well we have to say the guy is into himself. I think he is a narcissist to a certain degree. But I, racists I don't think he is. I think that that's you know pretty much the

[00:03:14] the mainstream media running their narrative. And I think that you know they kept comparing him to Hitler, they kept saying all these really bad things about him instead of really just talking about the guy's policies and what are his policies. But instead of that it's all this

[00:03:33] attack on the man, these ad hominem attacks, right? So when you look at the way how this election is really playing out, I think with the Republicans you see more of okay here's this

[00:03:48] person's policy, here's my policy. Right? I think on the other side right and it's you know Trump started some of this and then it got way out of hand I think. You see the the mainstream media

[00:04:04] has taken up the mantle of will attack the man right because we don't like him and we're not really going to talk about any of his policies but we'll tell you you know we'll say he's lying

[00:04:16] and a lot of times if you fact check the fact checkers you realize that the fact checkers are the one that got it wrong right. Which is incredible to me because they're supposed to

[00:04:26] have million dollar resources behind them a lot of these you know online platforms news platforms or you know the well-established mainstream news platforms they're supposed to have people that can go through and look at tapes and and spot check everything and you realize that

[00:04:46] they're all just lying. They're all just lying. This podcast we're gonna my last podcast was election election election right and lo and behold I didn't realize that it was just going to take

[00:04:57] such a huge turn because in my last podcast which was about what over a week ago I talked about you know how the election was shaping up and and I gave my take that yeah you know there's

[00:05:13] gonna be there's gonna be civil unrest there's gonna be the the usual you know unrest and violence and you know that that comes with these elections now it's it's it's really sad that we're

[00:05:26] we're at a point in our history where we cannot have elections without violence right. It used to be that here in America right you'd have the Democrats and the Republicans pretty much and

[00:05:39] they would disagree in a lot of things but and they would go after each other right you know policy-wise and sometimes even would they would try to assassinate each other you know in terms of

[00:05:50] their character right not you know like in terms of you know taking another person out right. They would go after somebody's basically like their character and a lot of times that would work

[00:06:02] but it's just incredible to me that we're at this point now where you know every election you know especially since Donald Trump has been part of the election process every single election there has been violence

[00:06:18] you know rioting in one way or the other you know when the Republicans the one riot that the Republicans committed which was the January 6th riot a lot of people went to prison

[00:06:35] for long periods of time and that was called an insurrection when all those people rushed the building um and it was really spun into this it was it was a huge media event and it was used

[00:06:47] to go after their political enemies. When the Democrats rioted it was called what it was it was you know a lot of the media deemed it as you know justified you know justified rioting right and although they burned cities and caused billions of dollars worth of damage

[00:07:07] right no one was ever held accountable for any of those riots isn't that amazing right um you know you had one riot from the Republican side yeah they did rush the Capitol building and and yeah you know they did things that they weren't supposed to do

[00:07:24] um and people went to prison yet riots all through the summertime where you know federal buildings were attacked you know courthouses were attacked cops were attacked you know a lot of people got hurt some people got killed and and no one was held accountable right no one was

[00:07:49] held accountable so i think that Americans are kind of a lot of Americans lived through it saw it processed it over the time um because when the media is coming at you 24-7 especially if you're

[00:08:06] that type of person that you you know you're always like going online and looking at stuff and everything else especially if you're a Democrat right um of the progressive bent you know um

[00:08:18] then they get online and they read all of this junk produced by the mainstream media and then i think that with a lot of hindsight some of these people have been looking at some of that stuff

[00:08:29] and going like i've been i've been duped and i think that's why you know donald trump has some of the support that he has now because a lot of people realize that they were not

[00:08:41] it was not done in a in a truthful way they they were they were misled and i think that's the problem now that the left the progressives are having and we're going to talk a lot more about this you know the the main gist of this podcast is

[00:08:58] and you know this is going to be the one and only time that i really spend any time speaking about this issue and then after this i'm going to be not really talking about it anymore much

[00:09:09] anymore um i'm just gonna basically uh you know like other things going on in the world whether it be the war in russia what's going on with china and taiwan you know what's going

[00:09:20] on with our food right because the ongoing war on food what's going on with inflation i'm going to be talking about these other issues really the election not so much because you know i think i think it's it's so toxic it's so toxic that i don't think that

[00:09:39] it's gonna you know for my own you know well-being i don't think it's a really healthy thing for me to spend my time on so um you know what so let's go to the uh let's go

[00:14:39] could have led him to go up on that roof point a rifle at somebody and try to kill him uh you know what could have been uh what could have been the driving factor behind that and that's always

[00:14:50] going to be you know kind of a mystery until we have more information um if you notice that they haven't really released much on this guy they have his phone i'm sure they have every they have

[00:15:01] all these electronic um devices and everything else and um you know um and while while you know it's really amazing to me too that the mainstream media could not bring themselves to to just say

[00:15:18] the truth that what everybody witnessed that donald trump was shot at that you know a lot of them just could not they they they're so down you know the the lying rabbit hole right they're so

[00:15:32] it's just so much of part of their like what the the core of what they do they just couldn't bring themselves to say hey you know what there was an assassination attempt on donald trump right

[00:15:43] they just could not bring themselves to say it and that in itself was really eye opening to see that here is something that played out in front of thousands of witnesses um in in front of thousands

[00:15:56] of recording devices um and they still could not bring themselves to say it you hate somebody that much and despise them that much that they could not bring themselves to to say that you

[00:16:10] know this was a real event it really happened you know some of them it was really disgusting to hear all of that you know so regardless of who it happened to you you know you you gotta

[00:16:22] you know it was a disgusting act but what could have led this boy to go up on a roof with a rifle and and try and shoot donald trump it's it's it's really amazing to me i

[00:16:31] think it's all part of it big part of it right is all the hate and vitriol that's out there you know being pushed by both parties being pushed by the mainstream media themselves and it's really sad

[00:16:43] to see you know i i think that um this this young man bought into some ideas right one particular ideology most likely he really bought into it and and he he figured that this was a solution

[00:17:01] right um it cost him his life it's amazing it costs another person their lives too and it's really really horrible what happened um so let's see um yeah it's it that was a bad scene and it

[00:17:16] was it was really surreal to watch that play out so as they investigate this and and they're trying to figure out the truth uh well you know they called uh the director and and she didn't really

[00:17:30] have any good answers it seemed like uh they they were they weren't using their resources in the proper way um and it just seemed like the regular procedure wasn't followed and and you know and

[00:17:43] and and i think she had to kind she had a resign because just it there was just not any more credibility there right um and it was really surprising too when she resigned because a lot

[00:17:54] of times uh these people go up and they say okay this this is what happened blah blah and although you know something went wrong horribly but they don't resign she actually resigned so um i said and

[00:18:08] that to me speaks volumes that it must it must be a whole lot worse than we ever really realized if she had to if she actually stepped down um and then of course you know biden had a really bad week

[00:18:24] and um he had a really bad week and then of course uh when was it i think it was saturday or sunday um we got the news right that that he was basically um you know um taking himself out of

[00:18:42] the race and he had tapped uh harris right um as you know he had tapped harris as you know the vp right as the person to run and um and of course once that occurred everything went wobbly right

[00:18:59] because i'm sure for the republicans was like okay all right now we have a new person they had a plan for for biden that went out kind of went out window to a certain extent uh when because now

[00:19:11] you have to readjust your your your plan i would i even read an article that was written that said hey you know if biden was to drop out there are certain states where he's already gotten the nomination

[00:19:26] they would not allow a new person on the ballot right i that i'm gonna have to read do some more research but i think that there might even be some legal issues in terms of uh miss harris running

[00:19:38] right now right um camilla harris running uh but you know we it's going to be interesting you know how it all plays out we know that she is now the official uh democratic nominee

[00:19:53] and that will get even more official when they have their convention we'll see how that goes and um and you know it's going to be an interesting election from that standpoint

[00:20:05] um but uh immediately pretty much about a day took about a day and then all the news started to get weird where donald trump was ahead of course he was leading biden in all the states

[00:20:17] all of a sudden now we had we had to have all these polls saying camilla harris is ahead all of a sudden now uh the race card was in you know the the whole idea of race was was front

[00:20:29] and center again um and i think this is going to hurt not only her to a certain extent it's going to hurt me as a black person it's going to hurt a lot of black people out there i i don't want this to be

[00:20:43] about her race i want it to be about her policies and her ideas and i and i really want uh the republicans to stay on that track to say hey this is about her policies it's not about a race

[00:20:56] here it's not about her gender it's not about a race it's about her policies because that's where we're supposed to be and and the mainstream media need to highlight that and get off of this whole

[00:21:07] thing about race because i don't really see the republicans out there saying you know saying much about this woman's race what i see is a lot of the mainstream media talking about how republicans

[00:21:19] are talking about this woman's race and i think that in itself is not going to be as as effective as they think it should be and i think it's a it's a losing card for them to play i don't think it's

[00:21:32] going to work but anyway um let's uh let's take a look at a few articles here right and um and then we'll we'll we'll um we'll sum up everything here and i'll give you my take on what this means for

[00:21:47] the prepping community at large and everything else but um let's take a look at a few things right um i'll read this one first from zero hedge and it says rout rout routers shockpole finds kamala

[00:22:01] leading trump there's just one catch it's amazing that you have zero hedge which is not i would call you know a powerhouse mainstream media news source not a lot of people there are a lot of

[00:22:15] people read zero hedge but not a lot of people it's it's not a mainstream um source of news uh but it's amazing that they can be very very accurate with a lot of things and so let me just read the

[00:22:31] article and he says with the democrat corporate media machine in full swing behind kamala harris following president joe biden's shock announcement on sunday that he was abandoning his 2024 presidential campaign it was only a matter of time before a shock pole had her beating trump

[00:22:50] in a hypothetical matchup and they showed the whole thing from drudge where they had the judge um you know page right and they the stuff that was in red on drudge like shockpole harris leads

[00:23:05] trump and another big one democrat dem excitement sores and kamala first rally we're not going back drudge report right uh and that was all in red and it says a new routers ipsus pole has found that

[00:23:21] harris leads trump 44 to 42 percent in the national poll with a three percent margin of error yet there's a catch as we noted in the 2016 and 2020 elections pollsters had their thumb on the scale by over sampling democrats well they've done it again sampling 426 democrat voters versus 376

[00:23:47] republicans and 341 independents and it says here the prediction uh markets uh predicate shows harris trailing trump 43 to 58 and they said here they ended up we can't wait for pbs to come

[00:24:06] out with their latest so they actually looked at the uh the samples the sampling and you would think that all the major news outlets before they would run you see 30 years ago they would check this

[00:24:20] 30 years ago they would check it they would go okay we we want to make sure that we're giving out you know good information so let's just check uh this source before we put it out now

[00:24:32] because the source agrees with their ideology with their because they're not unbiased right and that's why people are turning away from them that's why people aren't buying the magazines or the newspapers anymore that's why folks don't really believe them anymore and here they are

[00:24:51] doing it again and it's like come on folks just just be honest right but you know they're they use these things they're part they're pretty powerful because they it creates a perception

[00:25:04] and of course with biden it was very difficult right it was very very difficult although i think that eventually you would have seen biden creep up in the polls because and then the story would

[00:25:15] have been as you know people are now paying attention when they weren't before because that's always a story when um you know um when you know when democrats right when when they

[00:25:26] as we get closer to the election a lot of times the sampling it gets tighter and tighter right the poll data gets tighter and tighter but it's amazing that you know zero hedge could have gone

[00:25:37] in and looked at okay how how was the data taken when you know others don't and then they run with it and then they create this perception and you realize that it's just really toxic

[00:25:49] right and it's it's misinformation it's incredible to me so i i i found that and i went oh here we go again and and and that's why you know you know i am pretty much going to tune out i'm going to do

[00:26:06] this podcast right and i'll give you my take on everything else but then i'm just pretty much going to tune out because you're never really going to get good information and it's all

[00:26:16] all it's going to do you know they're just trying to divide people to get you worked up you know to tear the nation apart you know all for their own political ideological goals and that's why

[00:26:28] you know pretty much after this as far as the election stuff is concerned i'm not going to be wired into it you know i'm not going to be wired into it because i don't think it's good

[00:26:38] it's good it's good to do that so there's one poll and i'm sure there's going to be a lot more polls that are going to come out that's going to give that's going to you know the date the way

[00:26:48] together data is going to be faulty no one is going to check that especially the mainstream media especially if it if it's favorable to Harris and you know but it's really amazing and then there's this other story here you know and this is all about misinformation right how

[00:27:08] the media gives out misinformation and and this is from zero hedge and he says she wasn't actually borders are media gets whiplash rewriting history and i'll just read the article too right because this is you know misinformation in real time how the mainstream media gives their public

[00:27:30] misinformation and there's no one correcting or calling them on any of this but let's read the article here you knew it was coming first right the routers ipsus right put their thumb on the scale

[00:27:44] in a new shock poll showing vice president uh kamala harris leading donald trump in the 2024 race because they egregiously over sampled democrats now the media is performing triage for harris who nobody likes especially your staff the problem harris was very publicly

[00:28:02] put in charge of the border crisis which of course spiraled out of control or went according to plan you know if that's what the democrats want which is people coming in then of course that's going

[00:28:13] according to plan right um at the time the media dubbed her the borders are no corporate media is claiming that that never actually was true and it's just a right wing talking point to smear

[00:28:27] their preferred candidate and then they showed um all these um uh what you call it all these uh titles from the mainstream media calling her borders are one from from the ap and they said

[00:28:42] it said biden taps vp harris to to lead response to border challenges right that was that one and the one from time says kamala harris was never biden's borders are um here's what she really did

[00:28:58] so on one side they have her you know president biden saying hey you know she um she's running this and then of course you had time uh you know a couple uh what maybe a couple hours ago saying

[00:29:12] kamala harris was never biden's borders are so they put the two of them opposite to each other and it's kind of uh you know funny to see how you know they're trying to rewrite history on one

[00:29:23] side you have a mainstream media source the ap saying that she was and and then now you having time said no she was never really a charge she was never really the borders are and then um

[00:29:34] they have a they have a quote here from biden when she's here's biden saying when she speaks she speaks for me biden said noting her past work as california's attorney general makes her especially equipped to lead the administration's response biden who was who has

[00:29:51] faced stiff criticism from the public of the increased flow of migrants is hoping to show americans he's taken the situation at the border seriously he also wants to prevent the growing humanitarian political challenge from overshadowing his administration ambition so when she

[00:30:05] speaks she speaks for me right and axios now saying the trump campaign and republicans have tagged harris repeatedly with the borders are titled which he never actually had right now the exact outlet axios published this on april 14th 2021 now remember axios is saying the trump

[00:30:28] campaign and republicans have tagged harris repeatedly with the borders are titled which he never actually had that's that's a tweet from axios sometime this was done sometime today right but here's a story from axios themselves calling her the borders are now let's see axios

[00:30:47] here's the part of the article from the axios uh article right from their platform white matters the number of unaccompanied miners crossing the border has reached crisis level harris appointed by biden as borders are said she would be looking at the root causes that drive migration so axios

[00:31:06] is pretty much uh you know um you know they're denying something that they themselves wrote that's how sick the whole thing is when and that's how pretty much and that's why you can't

[00:31:22] believe these people it's a bull face lie this is kind of sociopathic right if it's almost like somebody going in you know like these people who commit serious crimes and they go into

[00:31:33] court and they they just sit there and lie they say okay i never did this when you have them on tape saying that they did it and here you have axios who read that ran an article calling her

[00:31:45] the borders are is saying that she was never really borders are and and she was never given the title of borders are right and they and when they themselves were using that title

[00:31:56] of her right so that's how bad it is okay and it says here and of course they have other mainstream media uh sources right um um you know that that verify that she she did have this title

[00:32:17] and it's kind of like okay um you know um what's the point right what what they need to do instead of saying well she they never you know because instead of why not just say okay this is her policy

[00:32:33] then instead of trying to rewrite the truth and saying that you know all of these things were on true right you know that why not why not have her defend her policy on the border right you know if

[00:32:45] she can justify and show the american people that the way she handled the border crisis was a success right then she'd have won the argument if she cannot show the american people that the way

[00:32:59] she handled the border crisis was a success then she's got to fall where the chips lay right she's she's if if her if the way she did the job right was not she didn't do a good job then

[00:33:12] then she's got to take responsibility for that you know it's not the job of the mainstream media to run you know cover for her right they're supposed to be just reporting the facts and not

[00:33:26] supposed to be running cover for uh you know for for miss harris right you know for the for the vp they're not supposed to be running her cover for her right there's they're just supposed

[00:33:36] to be giving the american people the facts like yeah she she was given and was called the borders are biden himself said that she spoke for him uh you know she was in charge of that

[00:33:49] part of the whole process um so it's it's just incredible to me um you know what's going on in the mainstream media right uh i'm going to read an article here from uh the most

[00:34:04] important news and it says three major bombshells that dropped that everybody should be talking about right now and of course it's written by michael schneider right and he says the past couple

[00:34:14] weeks have truly been historic take a moment and just consider some of the major events that we've witnessed donald donald trump got shot joe biden dropped out of the race for president and kamal

[00:34:25] harris quickly became the new presumptive nominee it is hard to remember time when so much has happened in such a short period of time now more bombshells have dropped but because so much else is going

[00:34:37] on they're not getting the attention that they deserve the following are three major bombshells that everybody should be talking about right now number one it appears that joe biden had some

[00:34:48] sort of a medical emergency while he was in las vegas last week a las vegas hospital was on standby after being alerted about a possible medical issue with president joe biden wednesday afternoon while he was visiting southern southern navada law enforcement and medical teams gathered

[00:35:07] outside the university medical center trauma room on wellness way in case the president of the united states arrived after he canceled an appearance at the unidos us convention in las vegas due to testing positive for covin 19 unidos us president and ceo janet muruguya made the announcement

[00:35:30] attendees who were waiting to hear the president speak right you don't rush someone to the hospital because of covin something else was clearly going on the hospital that was put on alert is the only

[00:35:41] level one trauma center in navada right now why didn't the big news networks make a big deal about this apparently hundreds of las vegas metropolitan officers heard the emergency orders that were issues issued several law enforcement officers on duty that they were informed over

[00:35:59] the radio that the president was dealing with an unspecified medical emergency far from a case of the sniffles this was sent out on encrypted police airwaves as if something akin to a five alarm fire had broken out right ultimately biden must have improved significantly because he did

[00:36:21] not end up going to the hospital instead he was taken to the he was taken to the airport where he departed on air force one wow you know um it was obvious that something happened in

[00:36:35] las vegas and it's being hushed up could this medical emergency have played a role in biden's decision to suddenly exit the race so that's the first thing uh that he noted number two the oversight project a what watchdog group that is part of the heritage foundation has uncovered

[00:36:53] some absolutely stunning information their analysis of phone data has revealed that someone was regularly at the home where thomas matthew crooks lived also visited a building in washington dc that is located very close to an fbi office who visited thomas crooks home before he attempted

[00:37:16] to assassinate president trump mobile data mobile ad data analysis reveals someone who regularly visited crooks pennsylvania home also visited a building in dc near an fbi office many people do not realize

[00:37:31] that our phones are constantly gathering data on all of us in this case phone data could be the key in determining why crooks did what he did according to the oversight project there were

[00:37:45] nine phones that were located at crooks home and work within the last year the oversight project project identified nine devices linked to ad ids that were located at crooks home and work within the last year right and it says here we found the assassin connections through our in-depth

[00:38:10] analysis of mobile and data mobile ad data to track movements of crooks and his associates to do this we track devices that regularly visited both crooks home and place of work and follow them the oversight project said wow it's amazing that they can do that one of these

[00:38:27] phones made a trip to washington who owned that phone and who did that person meet with in washington we definitely need answers to those questions right the other one i'll save as a bit

[00:38:43] of trivia for the end of the podcast here so those are two really big things that came up in the media but let's see we're now into pretty much the first week of kamala harris running for president

[00:39:02] and i went on to memorandum which is a it's kind of like drudge where they it's a news gathering kind of a website right you know they they they scrape web scraping right they they scrape the

[00:39:16] news from different websites different um uh which you call it the different um you know headlines right from the different news channels let me just read um let me just read

[00:39:30] um some of the headlines here right you know i'm i'm just going to read through them and you can see where i think if it was a fair and balanced news media we were dealing with then it would

[00:39:45] a lot of these headlines would be you know trump policies kamala harris's policies and you know it would be more about okay you know what these two people stand for really

[00:43:07] how is this fair and honest news these are actually the you know the only thing that you can say is these all these headlines all these stories are written by people who have a stake in the game

[00:43:22] there they've got to be democratic operatives right because someone who's really writing about the election would be writing about here's kamala harris's um uh you know here here her um policies

[00:52:48] right you know what are they going to do to help fight crime throughout the country and the fentanyl crisis that we're facing right now what are they going to be doing about all of that

[00:52:58] what are they going to be doing about all these young people who have the cell phone addiction right that that's just ruining lives right um what are we going to be doing about it all of that

[00:53:09] you know these are all questions that average people have but you know no one seems to care how to answer right so yes if you live in a big city if you live somewhere where there's a lot of

[00:53:26] political activity and riots in the past i think that um there's going to be more um i think that if it seems like the democratic nominee is losing the election regardless of how they're
