[00:01:00] radiation, and how to build the off-grid medical kit at home. Look, 2020 taught us a lot about the limitations of our medical infrastructure in America. Get the Prepper's Medical Handbook today at amazon.com. Again, that's the Prepper's Medical Handbook by William W. Forge.
[00:02:06] Hello, and welcome to episode 29 of The Strange Truth. I'm your host, Carl A.D. Brown. I'm the author of the Prepper Part One, The Collapse, and the Prepper Part Two, Kings, and they're available over there on amazon.com. Two great stories about the collapse of the US
[00:02:32] and the horrifying aftermaths, so go check them out at amazon.com. Well, welcome to The Strange Truth, right? Here we explore faith, preparedness, and the truth every week, right? We take a look at a particular topic, and we try to really do a deep dive
[00:02:57] into how that topic affects either your faith, your preparedness, or we try to get at the truth every week. So, welcome. And to all the overseas listeners, I wanna say, you know, I'm so happy that you can join us, whether you're listening, you know,
[00:03:26] wherever you are in the world, the UK, Canada, you know, Australia, you know, somewhere in Europe, or, you know, in Africa, or Asia, all right? You know, New Zealand. I just wanna say, you know, welcome to The Strange Truth. If you are new to the preparedness lifestyle, right?
[00:03:50] You know, to the prepping lifestyle, I would direct you over to thepurplebroadcasting.com. You know, I would direct you on over to PBN. You know, there you'll find, you know, just vast amounts of articles, podcasts, and videos on every conceivable preparedness,
[00:04:18] you know, topic you could ever really think of, right? So, and if you're an old hand, it's a great place to start as well. So, you know, welcome. You know, going over to PBN, you know, purplebroadcasting.com, right? Going over to PBN and look him up,
[00:04:40] and, you know, please become a member. If you think it's worthwhile, you know, please become a member. It helps to keep, you know, all these podcasts going and everything, you know, running at PBN. So, going over to thepurplebroadcasting.com. Let me just take a little sip here. Yeah.
[00:05:11] You know, it's really strange because I'm actually doing this recording during the morning instead of really late at night. So, you know, it's a different kind of energy level thing going here, but I'm, you know, I'm having my disaster coffee, right?
[00:05:31] And if you don't know what disaster coffee is, going over to disastercoffee.com and check them out. They've got really good coffee at a good price, and it goes to, and some of that money goes to, you know, helping people in need, right?
[00:05:51] You know, so, you know, a very good cause, and you get good coffee to boot. So, going over to disastercoffee.com. And I was told by Dave Jones that the Greenivative sale is still going. And if you are interested in acquiring
[00:06:19] a really good, you know, water filtration system, or if you are interested in adding to your power supply, then go on over to greenivative.com, right? You know, the pure and aid is, that's a work of art, right? You know, water purifying a box, just add water, right?
[00:06:44] It purifies your water. And depending on the model that you buy, I think that, you know, you can get up to, I think one of them, you can get up to like 70 gallons, right? 70 gallons an hour, or something like that, right?
[00:07:05] So, I don't know any other water purifier that can do that, right? And I'm looking at a pure and aid 270 here. And yeah, 60 gallons, safe clean water an hour. And that's the small one. So the bigger ones can give you even more water per hour.
[00:07:26] And of course, you have the GMAC emergency power kits, right? And I would suggest that if you're interested in, you know, having additional power in an emergency situation or being able to filter your water, check out greenivative.com.
[00:07:47] And if you use ST20, you know, if you use ST20, right? You can get 20% off, right? ST, of course, is a strange truth, right? That's the code, right? So just use the affiliate code there, ST20. You can get 20% off, right?
[00:08:11] And I believe that with the power kit, right? Which is $169, 20% off, which is $169, 20% off. That's a good deal. So check out greenivative.com. Use the code ST20 and get your 20% off, okay? So check him out as well. All right, so we have a lot to cover today, right?
[00:08:43] Our topic today is gonna be about weather modification and whether or not, you know, it is, you know, if it's a benefit or danger to us and how it's being used. I became really, I became really interested in this topic because we've been getting some really freaky weather
[00:09:12] up here in New York, you know, upstate New York. And if you're listening in the New York area to this, I think you know what I'm talking about, man. We had 30 degree weather in like June, beginning of June, I couldn't stop my garden for a while.
[00:09:29] I remember one day it snowed and the next day I could basically go out and mow my lawn. It was weird, right? We had a dusting of snow and it all melted. And then the next day it was in the high 70s
[00:09:44] and I needed to mow my lawn and I was like, okay, I'm gonna go mow my lawn. It was weird. So that's never happened before, right? And we'd be having all these storms. We've just had like here, I've experienced what?
[00:09:58] Six days of just, you know, heavy, heavy downpours and you know, like almost all day rain. And it's been really, really, really strange weather. So it made me wonder, you know, is this climate change thing real or is this the grand solar minimum
[00:10:21] depending on which side of the coin you're on, right? Cause here are the strange truth. We don't just go lockstep with and PBN, right? We don't go lockstep with what the regular media puts out, right? You know, they're all gonna be talking about climate change
[00:10:35] and they're not gonna be talking about it's possibility of it could be, you know, we're in the middle of a grand solar minimum, right? Which the sun is in our kind of a dormant stage, right? And it affects the weather here on earth, right?
[00:10:49] So I don't really know which one's the truth at this point. You know, all science is behind, you know, global warming, right? And you have these other people out there talking about grand solar minimum and I like to keep an open mind.
[00:11:10] You know, it's a rare thing these days, right? You know, if you have an open mind people, they'll attack you, you know, they'll call you all kinds of names and pull you all over the rack, right? But you know, it's good to keep an open mind
[00:11:23] because at one point, you know, a lot of people really believe that the earth was flat. Right? Or, you know, you would have gotten burned at the stake or, you know, or seriously, your life could be in serious danger because you had a different belief.
[00:11:43] That belief turned out to be correct. Right? So I think that we're probably, I have a feeling that we're, in terms of human history, we're probably in one of those times right now where, you know, yeah, if you keep an open mind
[00:11:59] and you keep plotting away, you know, people will try to rake you over the coals for your beliefs, right? So that's what we do here at The Strange Truth. So we're gonna talk about weather modification, how it's being used. And I intend this program to be quite packed
[00:12:21] with information, you know, and from time to time, I'll do more podcasts on this topic as I do more and more research. Okay? So let's get started. As usual, I'm gonna read some articles first and then I'm gonna pivot into, you know,
[00:12:45] into our main topic for the day, which is, you know, of course, weather modification, how it's being used, and, you know, is it beneficial or is it a danger to us? Right? Okay. So let's get started. Let's see. So the first topic that I'm gonna read
[00:13:09] is about what's going on in China. And this is coming from cnn.com, right? You know, I've got, actually I have two articles that I'm gonna read from CNN today, right? Which just, you know, it gives me the willies to do it, right? But, you know,
[00:13:30] they do cover, you know, I wanted to look at how China was using weather modification. And of course, the CNN, along with a lot of the mainstream media, they're really big on geoengineering, right? Because of global warming. So it's a good source to go to
[00:13:48] because of course they are the mouthpiece for the movement, right? So we'll use that geoengineering piece from CNN as well. So let's take a look at this article. It was written by James Griffith, right? China to expand weather modification program to cover area larger than India.
[00:14:13] And it's written by James Griffith. And this was published in December 2020. And it says, China this week revealed plans to drastically expand an experimental weather modification program to cover an area over 5.5 million square kilometers, which is 2.1 million square miles,
[00:14:44] more than one and a half times the total size of India. According to a statement from the State Council, China will have developed water modification systems by 2025, thanks to breakthroughs in fundamental research and key technologies, and improvements in comprehension prevention against safety risks. In the next five years,
[00:15:06] a total area covered by artificial rain or snowfall will reach 5.5 million square kilometers, while over 580 square kilometers or 224 square miles will be covered by hail suppression technologies. The statement added that the program will help with disaster relief, agricultural production, emergency responses to forest and grassland fires,
[00:15:32] and dealing with unusually high temperatures or droughts. And it goes on to say they seeded clouds during the 2008 Beijing Olympics, right? And they've been playing around with modifying weather for a long time. And it says here, and while other countries have also invested
[00:15:56] in cloud seeding, including the US, China's enthusiasm for the technology has created some alarm, particularly in neighboring India, where agriculture is heavily dependent on the monsoon, which has already been disrupted and become less predictable as a result of climate change. Of course, CNN, they were saying, right,
[00:16:19] that they were gonna be pushing this climate change thing really hard after the pandemic dies down. So they're going from one, fear, one thing where they can sell fear to another thing they can sell fear, right? And it says here, India and China recently faced off
[00:16:39] along their shared and hotly disputed border in the Himalayas with the two sides engaging in their bloodiest clash in decades earlier this year. And that was in 2020, right? You remember they went at each other with fist clubs and rifle butts, right?
[00:16:55] And I think that some of the Indians, there were some casualties, right? But it got pretty brutal. For years, some in India have speculated that weather modification could potentially give China the edge in a future conflict given the importance of conditions
[00:17:11] to any troop movements in the inhospitable mountain region. Though the primary focus of Beijing's weather modification appears to be domestic, experts have warned there is the potential for impact beyond the country's border, right? So, you know, different countries are looking at ways they can use weather modification
[00:17:36] for military purposes and China is no different. And I'll just finish this up here. It says in a paper last year, researchers at National Taiwan University said that the lack of proper coordination of weather modification activity could lead to charges of rain stealing between neighboring regions,
[00:17:59] both within China and with other countries, right? And I think India is already saying that China is stealing their water, right? Because they're seeding a lot of those clouds that would have probably drifted into India, right? And produced rain there.
[00:18:19] So, water is going to be the next big thing, right? Because we don't have enough of it and there's so many people on the planet, right? And we don't have enough of fresh water and it's getting scarcer and scarcer.
[00:18:40] And yeah, you know, I think water wars are in the future. Now, the next article that I'll read is from CNN, right? And this one covers geoengineering, right? And I especially wanted to read about and inform you about this thing called solar radiation management or SRM, okay?
[00:19:12] And it's a thing, it's one of the different, they're looking at this so that they can save the planet, right? The whole idea is to put things in the atmosphere that will cool the planet, right? So let me just read a little bit of it here to you.
[00:19:35] And this one was written by, let's just give, again, written by James Griffith and it was published in September 9th, 2019, right? And let's see. So let's read about SRM here, right? It says, solar radiation management or SRM is an attractive option for many because in theory,
[00:20:04] it could provide a cost-effective way of reducing global temperatures and staving off some of the worst effects of climate change while the international community seeks a better solution. They have been big, big problems in decarbonizing enough to meet the two-degree target, said John Moore,
[00:20:22] chief scientist at Beijing Normal University's College of Global Change and Earth System Science, one of the world's largest geoengineering research programs. People see SRM as a potential solution to avoid these overshoots in temperature where you might get tipping points. And it goes on and says how SRM works.
[00:20:44] All SRM methods focus on reflecting inbound sunlight back into space, reducing the amount of heat absorbed by the Earth and lowering global temperatures or at least halting their rise. The most effective solution appears to be stratospheric sulfate injection whereby large amounts of reflective particles
[00:21:07] are sprayed into the upper atmosphere. That's not doable by anybody at the moment. The planes don't exist in sufficient numbers and sizes to do that effectively, Moore said. Yet while research into exactly how to get the particles into the stratosphere cheaply is still underway,
[00:21:26] the science behind the method is solid. That's because we can trace similar drops in global temperatures during major volcano eruptions when ash pours into the upper atmosphere, reflecting large amounts of sunlight. The eruption of Mount Tambora in Indonesia in 1815 led to the year without a summer
[00:21:48] during which global temperatures temporarily dropped by as much as three degrees centigrade and crops failed across Europe and North America. Not all eruptions are so drastic in their effect. When Mount Pinatabu in the Philippines erupted in 1991, it caused global temperatures to drop between 0.1
[00:22:12] and 0.6 degrees centigrade during the almost two years the ash remained in the upper atmosphere. While the theory behind spraying particles into the stratosphere may be somewhat strong, the consequences of doing this deliberately for an extended period are still unclear and they underlined are still unclear
[00:22:33] here in the article. If you wanna quickly reduce global temperatures, then the only known method currently is solar engineering, said Parker, the SRIMGI expert. The problem is we don't know what the impact would be. And let's see, and according to 2017 report by the Overseas Development Initiative,
[00:23:00] a UK-based think tank, potential downsides of SRM include changes in regional weather patterns that could lead to droughts in Africa and Asia, damage to the ozone layer, continued ocean acidification, impacts on natural ecosystems and agricultural crops, impacts on tropospheric chemistry, diminished radiation for solar power
[00:23:26] and the risk of human error. More immediately, practical and less risky methods include spraying seawater into the lower atmosphere to brighten clouds and enable them to reflect more sunlight, as well as thinning cirrus clouds which trap heat and prevent it from escaping into space.
[00:23:52] So these people are so, they're really believing that this global warming thing is a real problem, right? And they're looking at all these different ways of trying to fix the problem. And one of the ways that they're looking at is this SRM, right?
[00:24:14] To try and manipulate the temperature by putting things into the atmosphere to reflect the solar radiation back into space. Now, when I see human beings messing about like this, although I'm sure that they have the best intentions or whatever, right?
[00:24:37] But it's just the hubris of the whole thing, right? I have a feeling that this is probably already going on. We just don't know about it yet because that's usually the way things work, right? They'll be doing something for years and years and years.
[00:25:04] And then they'll make parades of anyone who suggests that, investigated or suggest that, hey, maybe these guys are doing these things, right? They're like, oh no, it's a conspiracy theory. That person is a nutcase, right? That's what they'll do. And that's what they'll say, right?
[00:25:28] You'll lose your job. You'll lose any kind of social standing, right? They'll destroy your life. People think that you're a kook. And then 15, 20 years down the line, you read that they were actually doing those things. I think that down the line,
[00:25:52] especially if we keep good records of what's going on. And that's why I would encourage everyone to keep records, keep historical records, however you can do it, whether you make snapshots of Wikipedia or Google or any, find a way to keep information, right?
[00:26:13] So that when the truth comes out, they can't just memory hole the whole thing and pretend that they didn't say it or they didn't censor it or it didn't happen. Okay? They'll release the truth when it's convenient to them. They'll censor things when it's not convenient
[00:26:33] or when they don't believe that the public can handle it. Or when it doesn't suit a political or a cultural objective that they have. I believe that everyone should be, or for the people who can do this, create a project out there
[00:26:57] where we can start saving all the things that's on Google, all this stuff, right? And make it searchable for future generations because I think that they're gonna be proved wrong on a lot of stuff and they're gonna deny it and act as if to say they,
[00:27:16] it's kind of like when now they're believing that the virus leaked, right? And they censored everything at the beginning of the whole thing, right? Because it didn't serve their cultural and political purposes. So they censored everything. And now when they're finding out that,
[00:27:32] yeah, this thing probably did leak, right? And then all of a sudden, it's like, yeah, well, we really didn't do it. And they did. So what else are we gonna find out? So back to our topic. Because I have the tendency to ramble, right?
[00:27:51] But back to our topic, right? I do believe that this stuff is probably already going on and then they'll plant all these articles in the CNNs and the Washington Post and all these publications, right? They kind of soften up the public perception of it a little bit
[00:28:12] and just mentally soften it up, right? While still saying, oh, we're not doing this. We're really not doing this. And then maybe years later, they'll run an article saying, well, we were just, these were all just experimental at the time but they'll tweak it in their own way,
[00:28:27] use their own new speak. And then you're like, wow. Because I remember when stuff like chemtrails all that stuff was conspiracy theory, right? They're probably still saying all of that is conspiracy theory. But here they are talking about, just like what they were talking about with chemtrails,
[00:28:49] putting stuff into the atmosphere to either the seed clouds or to reflect, to make the clouds more bright, to reflect the sunlight back into space, to cool the planet. It's just amazing, right? But let's continue here. We have a lot of information to get through folks.
[00:29:15] So let me just get back to it. So let me stay on it. So let's see. The next article I'm gonna read here is one that was published June 17, 2021. Drought spreads in key US crop states, right? And let's see. This one was written by Carl Plume, right?
[00:29:44] And it was published in www.routers.com, right? And let me just read a little bit of this. It says, a harsh drought grew more severe across major parts of the US farm belt this week, threatening recently planted corn, soybean, and spring wheat crops in Iowa.
[00:30:04] Now for all the preppers who are listening to this or for all the people who, if you're homesteaders or if you've been paying real close attention because we tend to pay very close attention to stuff like this, right? But corn and soybeans, big things, right?
[00:30:20] Because that will affect animal feed. And if animal feed is affected, that means then you're looking at probably shortages of meat or higher prices in meat or a combination of both, right? So that's what it means. If you're a new prepper, right?
[00:30:37] And you hear me here on the strange truth talking about corn and soybeans or you hear this on other podcasts or you're hearing this over on PBN, right? With the other hosts on PBN, right? It's a big deal. So let me just continue with,
[00:30:54] let me just continue with the article. It says here, a harsh drought grew more severe across major parts of the US farm belt this week, threatening recently planted corn, soybean and spring wheat crops in Iowa, Minnesota and the Dakotas. Meteorologists and climatologists said on Thursday,
[00:31:12] rain forecast for the northern Midwest and Great Plains this weekend and next week will bring relief to some areas but the severe moisture deficits suggest crop yields in key US production areas remain at risk. Drought has already scorched much of the US West,
[00:31:33] prompting farmers in California to leave fields fallow and triggering water and energy rationing in several states. Crop development in the central US is highly watched this year as grain and oil seed prices hover around the highest in nearly a decade and global supplies tighten.
[00:31:53] It's certainly causing some stress there, especially to the spring wheat, said Don Keeney, a senior agricultural meteorologist with Maxire Technologies. About 41% of Iowa, the nation's top corn producer and number two, soybean state was under severe drought as of Tuesday up from less than 10% a week earlier
[00:32:18] according to the weekly US drought monitor published on Thursday. Cooler weather this weekend and some rain through next week will bring some relief to crops in the western Corn Belt although far northern areas may see less rain. Montana, Nebraska, Minnesota and even Northern Iowa
[00:32:37] would still be a little shortchanged especially in the Dakotas, Keeney said. Conditions in North Dakota, the top producer of high protein spring wheat that is used in bread and pizza dough remain dire with about two thirds of the state under extreme or exceptional drought, the most severe categories.
[00:33:00] It says October to April was the driest stretch in North Dakota history since record keeping began 127 years ago. And you know, Governor right in North Dakota there, was it Doug Burgum, he said, we know that we've got a full boat crisis in the state, Burgum told the meeting.
[00:33:24] More than 100,000 acres or 156 square miles of North Dakota have already burned in wildfires this year up from 12,000 for the entire fire season last year, Burgum said. Wow. And it just gets worse. It says drought in the western Corn Belt had already likely trimmed the US corn yield
[00:33:51] by two to four bushels per acre. However, conditions in July and August, critical months for corn and soybeans respectively will determine the extent of yield losses and the price response, he said. Grain and soybean futures on the Chicago Board of Trade fell sharply on Thursday as rain
[00:34:11] in the near term forecast triggered risk off selling. If we don't get the rain, it's going to be something to behold on the upside for prices because the yields will fall off the table, Bass said. So we've been talking about the drought,
[00:34:30] what's been going on with the drought for months here on The Strange Truth and on PBN, on the Purple Broadcasting Network. All the other hosts have talked about it. I've talked about it. This is something that most of America don't even realize is going on. It's insane, right?
[00:34:52] They're glued to their phones, but they're still clueless. If you're new listening to this program, right? Or if you've never listened to PBN or if you haven't really been following any of this, we are having dust bowl conditions now in the Midwest.
[00:35:13] And we're in a mega drought in the Midwest. Several major rivers and dams have fallen to 50-year lows, right? And of course, this have already triggered water brownouts out there in California and places like that, right? And I'm sure that that's gonna happen
[00:35:35] in different states where they say, okay, you can only use water, so much water, and they're begging people to conserve water, right? And it's only gonna get worse. And the impact this is gonna have on our food supply is yet to be seen.
[00:35:52] And so I would suggest if you wanna buy food, buy it now. Stock up now because we have some bad stuff coming. All right. Let's see. Now, I have, there's an article on Drought Monitor, right? And if you read,
[00:36:17] if you really wanna know what's going on with the drought, I would suggest that you go to the US Drought Monitor, right? It's droughtmonitor.unl.edu, but just look up US Drought Monitor. Go to that page and pull up the summary,
[00:36:35] and the summary will give you a weekly breakdown of what's going on in the United States, right? With the drought. And they go usually state by state or region by region. And it's scary reading, right? So I would suggest you go to US Drought Monitor, right?
[00:36:56] If you're living, especially if you're living in these areas, this should be probably a weekly read, right? Because then you get a sense of what the media is not really telling you, right? And if you're a homesteader or if you have a garden,
[00:37:13] you know, if you're into the preparedness lifestyle, if you're a prepper, you can make your plans, okay? By understanding what's going on with your weather, with your climate, okay? So go to US Drought Monitor, right? And check out the summary. You'll see the tabs at the top
[00:37:34] and just click on the summary and that will give you a weekly breakdown of what's going on in these different regions, okay? Scary reading. Anyway, right? Since we're pressed for time here and as I said, we have a lot to get through,
[00:37:51] but I read those articles on purpose. I read the article on the geoengineering, the SRM, right? I read the whole thing about China becoming very, very, very good at geoengineering, right? You know, they're pretty much on par, I think,
[00:38:10] with the US in terms of technology at this point, right? And they intend to be the next world power, right? So as the US wanes and as there are people who are actively working to let that power wane, then we have all these questionable adversaries, right?
[00:38:30] Willing to take our place, right? On the world stage. And I think that we will see some issues between China and India in the future over what's going on there with the water, okay? Something to look at. And the thing that bothered me
[00:38:48] after doing all of this research too was, how does that affect then the water cycle, the planet's water cycle, right? The hydrologic cycle, right? Hydrologic cycle. That's a real tongue twister there, right? But how does this affect the hydrologic cycle, okay? Because if you're, you know,
[00:39:12] the clouds all move in a specific way around the planet, right? You know, every year seasonally. And then when you start messing about with that, when you start putting things up into the atmosphere that don't belong there, right? When you start seeding clouds and doing all that,
[00:39:31] then you're interrupting that cycle. And what does that mean for the planet, right? It can't be good. Right? So I'm just gonna go to Wikipedia right now and I'll read what they wrote about climate engineering. And this is another website where it does have information,
[00:39:53] but we also take it with some caution that they are politically and culturally motivated to print, withhold, right? Censor certain things, right? And to push a specific agenda, right? So while we read this information, right? We read it through a very critical lens, okay?
[00:40:15] So here on Wikipedia, it says climate engineering and just so that I can inform you, right? As much as possible as to what this all is, okay? So when you're hearing about this, reading about it, listening to podcasts about it, right?
[00:40:27] Then you understand pretty much what it is. It says climate engineering or commonly geoengineering is deliberate and large scale intervention in the Earth's climate system to counteract climate change. To counteract climate change, right? That's what they say here. The main categories of climate engineering
[00:40:49] are solar geoengineering and carbon dioxide removal. Solar geoengineering or solar radiation modification would reflect some sunlight, solar radiation back into space to limit or reverse human caused climate change. Carbon dioxide removal refers to removing carbon dioxide gas from the atmosphere and sequestering it for long periods of time.
[00:41:18] The difference between the two is sometimes described as solar geoengineering modifying the planet's shortwave radiation budget and carbon dioxide removal modifying its longwave radiation budget. Climate engineering approaches are sometimes viewed as potentially complimentary options for limiting climate change or its impacts alongside reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adaptations.
[00:41:49] There is substantial agreement among scientists that solar geoengineering and carbon dioxide removal cannot substitute for reducing emissions, given that all types of measures for addressing climate change have economic, political or physical limitations. Some climate geoengineering approaches might eventually be used as part of an ensemble
[00:42:15] of responses which could have the objective of climate restoration. That's interesting, right? The objective of climate restoration. So what are they gonna restore the, it's interesting what they believe is the perfect climate, right? Because the planet is always, always in flux. What's going on with it?
[00:42:39] So it's interesting to me what that means, right? Our planet is always evolving. Anyway, let's just finish this off here. Let's continue. It says, although there are large uncertainties over the effectiveness and side effects and unforeseen consequences, most experts argue that the risks of such interventions
[00:43:02] must be seen in the context of risks of dangerous climate change. Interventions at large scale may run a greater risk of disrupting natural systems, resulting in a dilemma that those approaches that could prove highly cost-effective in addressing extreme climate risk might themselves cause substantial risk.
[00:43:29] Some have suggested that the concept of engineering the climate could reduce political and public pressure for emissions reduction, which could exacerbate overall climate risks. Others assert that the threat of climate engineering could spur emission cuts, right? And I just read a little bit about this
[00:43:56] solar geoengineering so that you understand, have a good understanding of what it is. It says, solar geoengineering would deflect sunlight away from the Earth or by increasing the reflectivity of the atmosphere of the Earth's surface. These methods are not a substitute for climate change mitigation
[00:44:21] because they would not reduce greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere and thus would not address ocean acidification caused by carbon dioxide. In general, solar geoengineering projects presently appear able to take effect rapidly and reversible in their direct climate effects. The US National Academy of Sciences, Engineering
[00:44:50] and Medicine states in a 2021 report, the available research indicates that SG could reduce the reduced surface temperatures and potentially ameliorate some risk posed by climate change. Example, to avoid crossing critical climate tipping points to reduce harmful impacts of weather extremes and solar geoengineering methods may include
[00:45:16] stratospheric aerosol injection in which small particles would be injected into the upper atmosphere. Marine cloud brightening which could spray fine sea water to whiten clouds and thus increase cloud reflectivity and cirrus cloud thinning which is strictly not solar geoengineering but shares many of the physical
[00:45:43] and especially governance characteristics as the other methods. So there are people who are doing this and cloud seeding has been around for over what, 50 years, right? And people have been actively studying this. There's lots of these companies around, right? Cloud seeding companies, geoengineering companies around, right?
[00:46:13] And they're working with local governments, right? It was interesting when I went into the, when I went into NOAA, right? NOAA Central Library, right? And I just kind of wanted to see, okay, how many, like what's going on in the US, right?
[00:46:39] Where are these cloud seeding activities taking place? And on the NOAA website, they do have a large, a good database of where these things have occurred, right? And why they're occurring and the project date range, right? And there's a few going on in 2020 as well.
[00:47:02] So they're actively doing it, right? How much of it is being done I think is a mystery because you have different coalitions paying these companies, right? To say if a couple farmers want some rain on their land, right? They can pay these companies, right?
[00:47:25] You know, to create or to seed clouds in their area. Okay? You know, a lot of these companies, right, are working all over the globe, right? And what is the effect off all of this geoengineering work that's being done right now, right? And of course, you know, well,
[00:47:49] some of this we know about and others we don't, okay? You know, is this why I was getting, you know, 30 degree weather in June here in New York, right? You know, what's going on? So it says here, I just wanna read about the hydrologic cycle, right?
[00:48:13] And it's just another piece in the puzzle so let me get with that, right? It's all about education here, right? It's all about, you know, information, right? So it says, what is the hydrologic cycle, right? And this is from NASA.gov, right? Earth Observatory.NASA.gov, right?
[00:48:39] So this is from NASA's website. It says, the water or hydrologic cycle describes the pilgrimage of water as water molecules make their way from the Earth's surface to the atmosphere and back again, in some cases to below the surface. This gigantic system powered by energy from the sun
[00:49:01] is a continuous exchange of moisture between the oceans, the atmosphere, and the land. Studies have revealed that evaporation, the process by which water changes from a liquid to a gas, from ocean seas and other bodies of water like lakes, rivers, streams,
[00:49:20] provides nearly 90% of the moisture in our atmosphere. Most of the remaining 10% found in the atmosphere is released by plants through transpiration. Plants take in water through their roots then release it through small pores on the underside of their leaves. In addition, a very small portion of water vapor
[00:49:43] enters the atmosphere through sublimation, the process by which water changes directly from a solid, ice or snow, to a gas. The gradual shrinking of snow banks in cases when the temperature remains below freezing results from sublimation. Together, evaporation, transpiration, and sublimation plus volcanic emissions account
[00:50:08] for almost all the water vapor in the atmosphere that isn't inserted through human activities. While evaporation from the oceans is the primary vehicle for driving the surface to atmosphere portion of the hydrologic cycle, transpiration is also significant. For example, a corn field one acre in size
[00:50:30] can transpire as much as 4,000 gallons of water every day. After the water enters the lower atmosphere rising air currents carry upward, often high into the atmosphere where the air is cooler. In the cool air, water vapor is more likely to condense
[00:50:49] from a gas to a liquid to form cloud droplets. Cloud droplets can grow and produce precipitation including rain, snow, sleet, freezing rain, and hail, which is the primary mechanism for transporting water from the atmosphere back to the earth's surface. When precipitation falls over the land surface
[00:51:13] it follows various routes to its subsequent paths. Some of it evaporates returning to the atmosphere, some seeps into the ground as soil moisture or groundwater and some runs off into rivers and streams. Almost all of the water eventually flows into the oceans or other bodies of water
[00:51:36] where the cycle continues. At different stages of the cycle, some of the water is intercepted by humans or other life forms for drinking, washing, irrigating, and a large variety of other uses. Groundwater is found in broadly defined layers of the soil.
[00:51:56] The zone of aeration where gaps in the soil are filled with both air and water and further down the zone of saturation where the gaps are completely filled with water. The boundary between these two zones is known as the water table, which rises or falls
[00:52:14] as the amount of groundwater changes. The amount of water in the atmosphere at any moment in time is only about 12,900 cubic kilometers, a minute fraction of earth's total water supply. If it were to completely rain out, atmospheric moisture would cover the earth's surface
[00:52:35] to a depth of only 2.5 centimeters. However, far more water, in fact, some 495,000 cubic kilometers of it are cycled through the atmosphere every year. It is as if the entire amount of water in the air were removed and replenished nearly 40 times a year.
[00:52:59] So a really good roundup of the hydrologic cycle, right? From evaporation to condensation to transportation to precipitation, right? And then the other types, you have sublimation and transpiration, right? And how this water circles the globe. Now when we have all of these climate change people
[00:53:28] and all these people start messing about with that, what does that mean? Right? You know, when we have people start geoengineering our planet, what does that really seriously mean? And can it really harm the planet by messing about with these weather modification techniques? Should we be doing it?
[00:54:00] I could see, wow, there's a drought going on and people are hurting, right? And people are dying and starving, right? And I can see where, okay, yeah, let's see these clouds, let's get some rain in, right? And alleviate the conditions there, right? But this stuff is going on
[00:54:21] on a massively global scale at this point. And you know how it is. We don't know half the story of what's really going on. What the different governments around the world are doing that we don't know about, right? Especially if they really believe
[00:54:42] in the dangers of climate change. What are they doing secretly to try and geoengineer their way out of what they perceive as a real problem for humanity. Because all of this, one way or the other, right? I understand they always put the glass on it, right?
[00:55:09] But all of this eventually, one way or the other, is gonna kill a lot of people. Either people are gonna starve or they're gonna be natural disasters that are gonna be amplified because of what's going on with all this geoengineering, right? Droughts which are way worse
[00:55:26] because water is not getting to those areas or storms that are way worse because we've shifted water around into places where yeah, it will cause problems, right? So how is this being used, right? How is all of this being tracked and governed, right? And studied, okay?
[00:55:56] Shouldn't this be in the news more, you think? In the mainstream media, right? I do think that as COVID wanes, and of course the plan was, right, according to that undercover Project Veritas video, they were gonna pivot to climate change, right? Because as the guy said, fear sells.
[00:56:18] So first they tried selling you the fear for COVID, and that was a legitimate issue, right? But they went really out, frightening people, right? And now we're gonna pivot now to something else that they can use to terrorize the population, right? Which is climate change, right?
[00:56:39] And they're gonna use it to bring in, I believe, certain forms of tyranny, right? They're gonna take away certain rights because that's what always happens. There's a national emergency so you gotta give up this right or that right, right? You become more pliable. Okay, so let's move on.
[00:57:03] As I said, we have a lot to talk about here, right? And let's see, so we're going through it. And now I wanna read an article from climateviewer.com and this one was written by, let's see, I can give the credit here.
[00:57:25] Well, it says by James Franklin Jr. And it was published in 2013, I believe, right? And it says here, and it says, is geoengineering safe? Okay. So let's read a little bit of it. It says, geoengineering is a term associated with technology
[00:57:54] used to address climate change and global warming with solutions ranging from painting roofs white to genetically modified crops that reflect light, dumping iron in the ocean to make algae grow, pumping salt into clouds to make them shiny and even mirrors in space
[00:58:11] and acid clouds to block the sun. We at Climate Viewer News oppose all methods of geoengineering which include spraying our skies with chemicals or making clouds to block sunlight. You cannot solve pollution problems with more pollution. Solar Radiation Management SRM is a process of blocking and reflecting sunlight
[00:58:31] with man-made chemicals like aluminum, sulfur, titanium and even diamond dust. Scientists seek to mimic volcanoes and cool our planet despite the obvious moral and legal implications. The most obvious reason that global weather control with geoengineering SRM cannot happen in the next decade is simple.
[00:58:54] Nobody has been able to prove the efficiency of cloud seeding for over 60 years. Cloud seeding companies promise crop protection and boast of the ability to fill reservoirs, make hail smaller and even to remove smog, sorry, despite the scientific communities repeatedly stating that cloud seeding is completely unpredictable.
[00:59:19] Although 40 years have passed since the first NAS report on weather modification, this committee finds itself very much in concurrence with the findings of that assessment. We conclude that the initiation of large-scale operational weather modification programs would be premature. Many fundamental problems must be answered first.
[00:59:40] It is unlikely that these problems will be solved by the expansion of present efforts which emphasize the post-toria evaluation of largely uncontrolled experiments. We believe the patient investigation of the atmospheric processes coupled with an exploration of the technological applications may eventually lead to useful weather modification,
[01:00:07] but we emphasize that the time scale required for success may be measured in decades and that's from the National Science Foundation critical issues in weather modification research and that was put out in 2003. All right. So, it's a great unknown. Is it safe or not?
[01:00:33] I think that we would have to say at this point there are too many unknowns, but is this going to stop people from doing it? Not on your life. They're gonna be doing it. They're gonna be experimenting with it and that leads us to HARP.
[01:00:55] Those of you who've been listening to different programs on the web or reading different websites about weather modification, I'm sure have already heard about HARP which is H-A-A-R-P. And I'll tell you a little bit about HARP and what it's supposed to be able to do
[01:01:21] and what it's being used for. And this is taken from www.wanttoknow.info and let me just go on up here. It says, what is HARP? Right? And it says Dr. Eastlund is the scientist whose name is most associated with the creation and development of the HARP project.
[01:01:47] His revealing website provides reliable information on his involvement with the project. With the project, a 1987 patent issued by Dr. Eastlund is titled Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere or Magnetosphere. In this patent which sets the stage for HARP,
[01:02:10] Dr. Eastlund makes a number of fascinating statements which clearly contradict the claim that it is only being used for research and not for military purposes or such purposes as weather control. Here are a few key statements taken verbatim from the patent.
[01:02:30] The temperature of the ionosphere has been raised by hundreds of degrees in these experiments. A means and method is provided to cause interference with or even total disruption of communications over a very large portion of the Earth. This invention could be employed to disrupt not only land-based communications,
[01:02:53] both civilian and military, but also airborne communications and sea communications. This would have significant military implications. It is possible to take advantage of one or more such beams to carry out a communications network even though the rest of the world communications are disrupted.
[01:03:14] It can be used to an advantage for positive communication and eavesdropping purposes. Exceedingly large amounts of power can be very efficiently produced and transmitted. This invention has a phenomenal variety of potential future developments. Large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude
[01:03:37] so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction or deflection. Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.
[01:04:06] Ozone, nitrogen, et cetera, concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased. Electromagnetic pulse defenses are also possible. The Earth's magnetic field could be decreased or disrupted at appropriate altitudes to modify or eliminate the magnetic field. Wow. I would suggest that if you are interested
[01:04:33] in doing more research on the HARP project and what it is, this is a great place to start. It is, I think, one of the most well-known projects throughout the world, the HARP project. And you can go to www.wanttoknow.info. You can start there.
[01:04:53] And it has links to Dr. Bernard Eastland website. And there are documentaries that you can watch on HARP and everything else. For a lot of people, they were saying, well, this was a conspiracy theory, but it was built.
[01:05:10] And then it was like, well, it can only do these things. But then you have this guy here who has some of the patents on it saying, well, it can do these things as well. So we have to look at weather modification in its totality.
[01:05:26] We have to, while it can give some short-term relief to certain areas that probably will really seriously need it, we know that the people who are really, you know, who are really like on the climate change bandwagon, they're gonna wanna try and use some of these techniques
[01:05:46] to alter the weather pattern on the earth, right? What does that mean for the larger population? If most of the governments of the world are on board with climate change, and they are, right? Then they're gonna be working, right? They're gonna be working on running some of these,
[01:06:08] I think, geoengineering projects, right? You know, and not really inform the public as to what they're doing. And so it then begs the question, are what we're witnessing with the weather right now, the droughts, the storms, the amplification, these wildfires, all this stuff, is this really climate change?
[01:06:33] Is it the grand solar minimum? Is it people geoengineering the planet without us really knowing what's going on, right? Now the mainstream media would say, well, you know, we have the truth, right? And this is all climate change. Yes, please listen to us, right?
[01:06:56] And then you have the skeptics who are saying, well, you know, we have a grand solar minimum. It's gonna alter a lot of things around the planet, right, and shift things around, right? You have these people playing around with the geoengineering, right?
[01:07:13] And how much of this is really going on without our knowledge, right? Because the mainstream media really is just, a lot of it is noise. They throw up all of this noise, right? And then, and it's just distraction. Hey, look over here while they do
[01:07:36] this with the other hand, right? Right, so how much of this really is true? How much of it is just stuff that they're just making up to keep us distracted, who knows? But one thing is for certain, right? And we're witnessing it. We're witnessing the amplification
[01:08:00] of a lot of these weather systems, whether it be storms, rain, snow, you know, whether it be extreme or strange cold snaps, right, or heat waves, right? I think that what, it hit 130, some parts of the US recently, right?
[01:08:31] We have all this dying off going on in the oceans now because the oceans are becoming like seriously hot. So what's really going on with the weather, folks? Here we keep an open mind. Here I'm not telling you what to think, right?
[01:08:49] We never do that here on The Strange Truth, right? I just give you the information, the good and the bad, and I say you make up your own mind. You do your own research. And when you do, let us all know what you find
[01:09:08] because we can no longer count on the media, on the universities, right? On our own government really, right? To give us the truth, to give us the information anymore. So we have to be our own detective, right? Which is, they really hate that, right?
[01:09:29] They hate us digging around trying to find out what's going on with our own planet, with our own resources, with our own lives, right? Now, we're coming towards the end of this and I just kind of want to read, I want to read something here that I found
[01:09:52] that was really, really interesting. And I found this on climateviewer.com and they have a slide here that they talked about the potential weather modification capabilities, right? Because I'm always kind of interested as how they can use this as a, you know,
[01:10:14] how the military can use this as well, right? And here on slide two it says potential weather modification capabilities, right? And one side it says degrade enemy forces and on the other side it says enhance friendly forces. So it's like a T-chart.
[01:10:33] And the way it can degrade enemy forces, right? It says precipitation enhancement, right? You can flood lines of communication. You can reduce PGM, Ries effectiveness. You can decrease comfort level and morale. Storm enhancement, right? Deny operations, precipitation denial. Deny fresh water or induce a drought, right?
[01:11:01] Space weather, you can disrupt communications, radar, right? You can disable or destroy space assets. Fog and cloud removal, deny concealment. You can increase vulnerability to PGM and Ries, right? And you can detect hostile weather activities. So on one side here, right? Where they say degrade enemy forces, right?
[01:11:24] These are some of the ways you can use it to hurt the enemy, right? Now I mean if China really wanted to they could deny India water, right? By pretty much using their weather modification program, to hurt India, deny them water, right? To disrupt their water cycle, right?
[01:11:51] The monsoon rains, right? Okay, now on the other side of the T-chart to enhance friendly forces, right? So how they can use weather modification to benefit their own troops, right? It says precipitation avoidance, maintain or improve LOC, maintain visibility, maintain comfort level of morale, right? Storm modification, right?
[01:12:22] You can choose battle space environment. Space weather, you can improve communication reliability, intercept enemy transmissions, revitalize space assets. Flood and cloud generation, you can increase concealment. Fog and cloud removal, you can maintain airfield operations, enhance PGM effectiveness and defend against enemy capabilities.
[01:12:51] So the way I see geoengineering, right? The way I see geoengineering, okay? Is it's almost like the hacking war that's going on. Right? Where you have one side trying to hack the other side, right? And then there's progress being made
[01:13:12] in terms of how to be a more effective hacker. Right? So I can see the same kind of race going on between the US and its adversaries, right? So the Chinese and the Russians and North Koreans and all our adversaries out there, right? Our enemies, potential enemies, right?
[01:13:30] I'm sure they're all engaged in this race, this geo modification race, right? And I'm sure we are looking at ways we can probably use this to hurt the Russians and hurt the Chinese. And they're looking at ways that they can use it
[01:13:43] to hurt us as well as the rest of their enemies. And are these systems being used now? Right? So yeah, I'll ask the question again. What's really causing all these droughts in the Midwest? Is it climate change? Is it just bad land management by inept people?
[01:14:17] Grand solar minimum. Gotta throw that in there, right? Or is this geo engineered? Most people that listen to this program understand that our position is that we're already at war with China and Russia. We are already in a war.
[01:14:35] And if you're new to prepping or new to this program or new to PBN, then these are topics that the hosts we've covered for a long time, right? So are we already at war? And the question is, and I think the answer is that yes, we are.
[01:15:02] We are already at war. And is this one piece in the puzzle here? Is this geo modification thing another piece in the puzzle? Okay. So there's a lot of information out there, right? I'll give you one last place that you can go
[01:15:25] and you can research this for yourself. You can go to www.nawmc.org, North American Weather Modification Council. They have a great website. You can see where they're doing seeding, cloud seeding projects in pretty much they have a list of what's going on, recent in real time.
[01:15:51] You can check that out. There's a great question and answer section about weather modification there as well, right? So please feel free to go to that website and check that out as well. So that brings us to the last thing that I'm gonna present here.
[01:16:12] And I'm gonna run a video, right? And this is from Jim Lee, right? At weathermodificationhistory.com. And Jim has been at this a really long time, longer than, well, way longer than I have in terms of my research or anything like that.
[01:16:38] He's been studying this for a really long time. And if you go to that website, weathermodificationhistory.com, you'll see lots of different articles, right? And videos on weather modification, right? And you can learn a lot by checking out that website. And I did, I asked him really nicely
[01:17:01] if I could use this presentation here that you'll hear. You'll hear the audio of it, right? Here on the strange truth as he explains what all of this is, right? So the name of this video here is the climate changers and water wars, the technocracy geoengineering
[01:17:27] and replacing the water cycle, right? And it says this presentation will show you how pollution, poison and industry are systematically destroying our natural water cycle and how scientists and global think tanks, the technocrats are replacing it with global weather control, right? And it says,
[01:17:51] fresh water has been dubbed blue gold in many publications as potable water will be to this century what oil was to the last century. So I wanna say thanks again to Jim for allowing me to use this on the strange truth. The presentation is 16 minutes long.
[01:18:11] I'm gonna play it in its entirety because I think it's important for you to hear this information. And then when we're done, we'll wrap up and, you know. So let me, let's just play this, right? We're .com. And today my presentation is the climate changers and water wars,
[01:19:11] technocracy geoengineering and replacing the water cycle. This is a very important topic. I hope that you guys will pay close attention. This presentation will be available at climateviewer.com slash geoengineering. And it is about the big picture about how technocrats and globalists are seeking to control water worldwide
[01:19:36] and replace the natural water cycle with technological fixes and control. First up we have what is a technocrat? Well, technocracy started in the 1930s and it's basically scientists and technicians that wanna replace capitalism with energy-based economy. George Orwell believed that technocracy
[01:19:58] would result in a scientific dictatorship and it has. I suggest everybody check out Patrick Wood's excellent book, Technocracy Rising. Technocracy and geoengineering has pretty much five steps to it. Ruin the ocean, kill the trees, kill bacteria, replace it with artificial clouds and eventually geoengineering.
[01:20:23] This is a horrible process of destroying what used to be the natural water cycle and replacing it with all of their geoengineered weather modification technologies. The real agenda behind climate change, forget CO2. You're gonna get the full picture tonight. Destroy the oceans. They've coated the oceans in plastic.
[01:20:48] Fukushima Daiichi nuclear meltdown has irradiated the entire Pacific. There are nuclear waste dumps all over the ocean and they've covered the oceans in ship tracks. This is obviously a bad thing and it's caused the loss of phytoplankton, which is a necessary part of our hydrological cycle.
[01:21:10] In addition, it's shallowed the upper layers of the ocean which has led to less evaporation. This is something that has really interrupted our normal water cycle. I got a great infographic here on what that plastic pollution looks like. They're called gyres.
[01:21:29] The biggest one is the North Pacific Gyre, also known as the North Pacific Garbage Patch and plastic particulates are poisoning the upper layers of the ocean and leading to less evaporation, bioaccumulation in all marine life and interrupting our water cycle. While they're also interrupting our water cycle
[01:21:56] by the destruction of phytoplankton. And phytoplankton naturally regulate global temperatures and make clouds. And this is something called the Claw Process or Claw Hypothesis. Normally we would have warming, warming temperatures and less clouds lead to phytoplankton growth, which means increased dimethyl sulfide cloud seeds,
[01:22:25] increased cloud cover reflects sunlight back to space leads to cooling, cooler temperatures lower phytoplankton which results in less dimethyl sulfide cloud seeds and less clouds. Finally, more sunlight hits the ground, temperatures rise and plankton begin to grow again. So this is the way that climate change
[01:22:49] is normally regulated on our planet. Phytoplankton play a huge role in this. However, we're interrupting that process through poisoning the oceans and covering the oceans in artificial clouds. Why would the phytoplankton make clouds if they assume they already did it? And then we go on to step two,
[01:23:11] destroy the forest. Well, forest, it turns out trees also make cloud seeds or aerosols that create clouds. And at CERN's Cosmics Leaving Outdoor Droplets or Cloud Experiment, Jasper Kirkby and company basically created clouds in a chamber and came to the conclusion
[01:23:36] that this would indicate a potentially cooler future and the study suggests future temperatures may not rise as quickly as predicted. What it means is we don't have to fear clean air and it really touches on the Gaia hypothesis because it's a beautiful mechanism for trees
[01:23:55] to control their environment. The reason why trees are so important is because we had climate change before. That was during the Dust Bowl and during the Dust Bowl, we solved it by planting trees. This was something known as the Great Plains Shelter Belt
[01:24:13] where the US government planted 220 million trees in a windbreak all along the Rocky Mountains. Those trees helped cut down erosion and fixed climate change in the 1930s. However, the Shelter Belt trees are now being cut down. Next up we have destroy the bacteria.
[01:24:38] Well, bacteria actually play a huge role in creating clouds as well. There's particularly one called Pseudomonas syringi and it's a bacteria that creates ice and unfortunately, it also creates ice on crops. So what do they do? They genetically modified Pseudomonas syringi to call it ice minus.
[01:25:04] It was trademarked as frost ban and it was released into the wild. Activists at the time said that it would cause more death and destruction than all the wars we ever fought. One individual alleged that modified bacteria may decrease rainfall.
[01:25:21] This is from an article by Dr. Rick Shankman called genetically modified weather, the tale of frost ban synthetic bacteria. Bacteria play an important role in cloud seeding and creating clouds. Recent discoveries show rain making bacteria more efficient in forming these ice nuclei
[01:25:42] than inert particles due to their size and surface area. Ski resorts exploit this property by using attenuated bacteria for seeding of artificial snow. Wow, there's something you don't hear every day and that's an actual picture of Pseudomonas syringi on the side over there.
[01:26:03] This bacteria plays a very important role in its being attacked through synthetic ice minus and obviously pesticides. So the increased use of pesticides are threatening this bacteria. But the biggest part of the technocrat plan to replace the water cycle is through what's called accidental geoengineering.
[01:26:30] And that's done with ship tracks as seen on climate viewer 3D at climateviewer.org right here and contrails which create cirrus clouds and alter the radiation budget of the planet have been blamed for melting the poles. But of course, melting the poles has been a hundred year agenda.
[01:26:52] Artificial clouds, technocrats have decided to replace natural cloud formation with technological fixes dubbed accidental geoengineering. And you can see two articles here. One from MIT technology review, we're about to kill a massive accidental experiment in reducing global warming. And they're referring to the upcoming ban on bunker fuel
[01:27:15] that would reduce ship tracks. And on the other side, we have airplane contrails maybe creating accidental geoengineering. So there's two cases, ship tracks and aircraft where they just call it accidental geoengineering. Don't you know that we're not doing any of this on purpose. It's completely an accident,
[01:27:37] but anybody with a brain by now realizes that this is no longer an accident. From the Arctic methane emergency group, they said for instance, in their letter to world leaders and their strategic plan in 2012, the regulation to ban bunker fuel for ships
[01:27:56] should be relaxed while encouraging continued use of bunker fuel where resulting aerosol emissions might be beneficial. That's not an accident. That's a let's use this because it's doing exactly what we want. This sort of pollution cools the planet. So let's continue doing it. Dr. Rangasai Hathori
[01:28:17] from the aviation climate change research initiative who I interviewed said, we would like to have more contrail induced serious clouds during the day and none during the night. Ken Caldera, geoengineer said, seating is limited to high latitude winters or nighttime seating that they could avoid ever doing geoengineering
[01:28:39] because serious clouds trap heat in. This was discovered in the 9-11 groundings of all flights and followed up by a 2008 volcano where they were able to observe these planes making clouds and realize that they are trapping heat like a blanket over the planet.
[01:28:58] But regardless, that also helps the agenda of melting the Arctic which has been the agenda all along. I have a great infographic here on what's called solar radiation management and earth radiation management. Please check out the slides later on. But that brings us to the real crux
[01:29:18] of what technocracy is all about and that is weather weapons and weather warfare and weather modification. And this is my 10 technologies to own the weather today slide. Weather modification has a history that started back in 1800 with Pluvaculture, 1946 to present with cloud seating
[01:29:39] followed by weather warfare using cloud seating and geoengineering, 1994 to present. And I picked that date because that's when Lawrence Livermore National Labs and Dr. Evil decided to do the current push for weather modification. How does cloud seating work? Well, snowpack augmentation, ground-based cloud seating generators
[01:30:04] to put snow on top of mountains, aircraft, silver iodide, dry ice, urea, fertilizer, carbon black dust, and even concrete are burned or dropped from planes to create clouds. And rainfall, downwind effects, cloud seating can lead to drought from overseating clouds, can increase storm intensity,
[01:30:24] increase hail and flood damage. And this leads to the loss of crops, property, and life. Weather warfare was done over Vietnam, was known as Operation Popeye. It was done by the CIA. But most people don't know that Henry Kissinger and the CIA did it in secret
[01:30:43] and never even told the Secretary of Defense, Melvin Laird. The CIA also did a rain embargo on Cuba where they made sure that rain did not fall on the Cuban crops, but the seating near Cuba was to cause less rain.
[01:31:00] You may say we tried to embargo rain clouds. Again, using weather modification to decrease rainfall. How we made the Chernobyl rain? We made rain clouds that would wash out radioactive particles. And basically the meltdown occurred right here. They used cloud seating to rain
[01:31:21] all of the radioactive material here to keep it from going to Moscow. So they have very good control over the weather. It happened again in the Olympics. Rain can be flushed out before they reach the stadium so that rain won't fall until it's passed over.
[01:31:40] Precipitation can be reduced. And that was the Chinese during the 2008 Olympics and they claimed success in being able to stop rain using cloud seating. So why does it surprise anybody that Iran has claimed Israel stole our clouds? Most people just mocked this statement outright,
[01:32:02] but there's a lot of truth to what they're saying. He said joint teams from Israel and one other neighboring countries make clouds entering to Iran barren. Moreover, we face with cases of cloud theft and snow theft. And as you can see here's Europe,
[01:32:18] which is covered in cloud seating projects and Iran is in a big drought. So this can't, that's what we're talking about with the downwind effects of this sort of thing. The secretary general of the UN said, we're already in a massive experiment on our world.
[01:32:36] I don't think we should start another set of experiments to go into geoengineering. However, this is the way it works. First they call it accidental geoengineering with ship tracks and planes. They start writing laws for global governments to exempt them from liability.
[01:32:53] They begin field experiments like David Keith's Scopex and finally they end up with legal global deployment. And the purpose of that is that it's all about control. The technocrats want control of your life and weather and water. And who are the technocrats? They're scientists, universities,
[01:33:16] the global governance community, climate change, dollar makers, it's all about the water wars and the military is certainly involved. So I hope that you guys will support my environmental modification accountability act. It is available at climateviewer.com slash nmod based on the environmental modification act
[01:33:38] which was the weather warfare ban of 1978. Obviously weather warfare is still occurring and that's not gonna change anytime soon. Please support my work. You can freely download and distribute this presentation from climateviewer.com slash geoengineering. My name is James Franklin Lee Jr. I go by Jim Lee.

[01:34:19] so come to climateviewer.com and sign up for our newsletter. Remember, it would be impossible for me to do this without your support so please join my Patreon or buy me a coffee on PayPal and always attack ideas, not people. So I wanna say thanks to Jim
[01:34:59] for allowing me to use that presentation. I think it made a lot of things really clear. As I said, Jim has been doing this stuff for years and I just wanna say go on over to his website and check out all the great information there.
[01:35:17] So thanks once again to Jim for allowing me to use that presentation. As I said, this was going to be a pretty heavy podcast on geoengineering, how it's done, how it's being used, what it's being used for. It's applications in terms of they can make rain,
[01:35:41] they can use it to seriously alter the climate and the weather of the planet and it can also be used in a military form as well. The question Bear is asking, is it being used now and are we witnessing some of the down wind effects
[01:36:05] of its use with the amplification of the weather in terms of these droughts and these storms and these wildfires, right? And are we not being told the entire truth about what's really been going on? Everything can be conveniently laid at the feet of climate change
[01:36:29] and then everything just gets swept under the rug. As I said, we're here not to tell you what to think but we're just here to give you information and then you can do your own research. You can decide whether or not any of this is useful
[01:36:49] if it's bunk or not and how does all this fit into your own preparedness plans as well. So I hope you had a great time listening to all of this information. I wanna direct you over again to PBN, right? Go to Preparatory Broadcasting Network
