The American Crisis by Thomas Paine. Crisis 1. These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will in this crisis shrink from the service of their country. But he that stands it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered. Yet we have this consolation with us. At the heart of the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly, PBN family. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly, chat GPT. It is dearness only that gives everything its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods. And it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as freedom should not be highly rated. The Democrats... with an army to enforce her tyranny, have declared that she has the right not only to tax, but to, quote, bind us all, bind us in all cases whatsoever. And if being bound in that manner is not slavery, then is there not such a thing as slavery upon earth? Even the expression is impious. For so unlimited a power can only belong to God. Great writing is powerful. It's so powerful that you can't even understand it. What I just read to you is so powerful that it was read to the soldiers before they crossed the Delaware to slaughter the Hessians. Washington read it to his men. You can see why. And the other thing about greatness is it's timeless. Greatness is timeless. Greatness is nearly impossible to truly replicate. And just that sentence right there, I mean, that touches so many aspects of our life today, right? Greatness is merely impossible to replicate, and people can smell it. They can smell the original. You know what I mean? The fresh ink from the original has a different kind of smell than the reprints. It's why you can tell an AI logo from how far away, right? I know we would use to do that. PBF family, this is... The American Crisis by Thomas Paine. If you'd like to read it, you can read the whole thing. I just took the crisis one and read it to you because these are the times to try men's souls. These are trying times. Voters have fallen into the hell of tyranny under the socialist promise that freebies are coming. The word affordability will go down in history as the greatest bruise to get votes in a very long time. This idea of affordability. I see nothing. You know what I mean? I see nothing in the plans in terms of what the Democrats plan to do in the clear and what they plan to do in the background. If cost of living... If affordability, if prosperity in the United States had anything to do with anything, then why would their first order of business be to attack the largest bubble in the stock market, which is what happened yesterday? What happened yesterday is a mere taste of what's coming. They have an amazing ability to begin exactly where they left off. Which is why I think the border will be flooded before we know it. I think that with radicals like this in office, they have to meet somewhere. There has to be a confluence, right? Obviously, one of the main confluences is Trump. Stop Trump at all costs, right? But how do you do that? Well, you have to break everything. You have to break everyone. I've been thinking, when you hear everyone echoing something, it's almost like one of those things where you're like, okay, let's think bigger. I've watched everyone from Ben Shapiro to some lady I never heard of on Instagram to every prepper content creator, Glenn Beck. Anybody with a microphone in front of them, what are they saying? It's time to prepare. Here at PBN, Dave Jones made the proclamation, and it's, you know, for people who've been prepping a long time, it's not incredibly mind-blowing, but it's the truth. 72 hours is not enough. 72 hours is a laughingstock, actually. If you're sitting in your house right now and thinking, I need to prepare more so I can survive three days at home, then that should be your sole mission this weekend. Your sole mission this weekend should be to, really, all you need to do right, for three days, is you need to put more food in the house. You need to buy a couple, 40 bottle of water cases, three, two, depending on how many people are in your house. You know, spend maybe $ 20 on cheap battery-powered lights, LED strip lights, just like the ones in my link in the show. These things are cheap. You probably have to spend $ 30. Get smart about light. Don't spend a lot of money on light. Light is cheap, but you can light your home in a short-term power outage. You shouldn't even think about it. It shouldn't even be a worry. The real worry should be HVAC. How do I stay warm? How do I stay cool? That kind of thing. If you're looking at 72 hours and you're thinking to yourself, that's a mountain right there. I got to consider that. Then yes, you do need to consider that. But listening to all these people talk about preparing and now is the time to prepare and so on. I want to tell you that stockpile prepping, prepping in the home, putting things in the home to sustain yourself and your family is not enough. The old line of prepping is simply not enough. And the only way to really, when I say prepare, I'm talking about something much more holistic than make sure I have enough food to last as long as I need to last. Make sure I have enough water to last as long as I can last. I hear a lot of people talking about ammo. A lot of people talking about, oh, we got to buy some more ammo. You know, I got to get more ammo. Tell me, where do you get your ammo? Here's another weekend project. If you don't know how to leave and you think that in chaos you're going to stay put and load weapons and kill bad guys from the windows of your house, then you're going to lose someone. And that someone might be you, right? Or worse, it might be your wife, it might be your kids, it might be your husband. But if your plan is to shoot from a position in your neighborhood, home in the face of unbelievable chaos right so if the democrats nosedive cities towns that you live in because they don't you know i'm really nervous about gas i am one of the things they want to go after now is the deals with venezuela all they want to do is undo and make chaos you got to understand that But if your first plan is when times get chaotic, we put on our chest rigs and load our weapons and stand watch. And when I say we, I mean you and your family. You need to have a plan to run. Okay? If you don't want your life to take a turn that you can't imagine, then you need a plan to run. You need a bug out plan. You need a place. to go and you need a plan to get there and know when to leave, red lines when to leave, right? When the chaos crosses said line close to your home and it shouldn't be in your neighborhood, then, you know, it's time to go. If you have people that you want to survive, There's nobody here, I don't care who you are, who can say, I'll know exactly how many people are coming to do bad. I'll know exactly where they're all positioned. And I'll know exactly how the firefight will go. And I'm willing to put my kids, my loved ones' lives on the line to fend them off. Now, I understand last resort. That I understand. But in the face of the things that we're talking about right now, first of all, you should have ammunition. Second of all, you should be able to make some ammunition. Really. Really. For the amount of money that you're going to spend on ammunition, you know, to sort of fill the coffers for the what-ifs, buy a press. Buy a Lee Press and figure out, spend a weekend, two weekends. I learned in a weekend. It's not really that complicated. I learned in a weekend, but it probably took me a couple weekends to really figure out how to seed a bullet. The way bullets look when something's kind of off, right? But as far as the measuring and the recipe, get yourself a good recipe book. Get yourself, what do I have? Hornaday's Handbook of Cartridge Reloading. Learn to make ammunition. You can do it. You can do it. You should do it. I always felt better having the components of ammunition around over having ammunition itself. Because components can be multi-use, if you will. I don't want to go down that path yet. But you know what I'm saying. Some of you know what I'm saying. While the world is telling you to prep, and you should, I'm telling you that we've entered a time in history now where the sort of buying things, storing things in the house is no longer enough. It just isn't going to do it for the long term. You have to have the base of preparedness to weather the immediate oh shits. But then you also have to build out the means to be able to create your own. You have to be able to build your own. You have to be able to do your own thing. You need to figure out where your food is coming from. And if you can't make enough of it yourself, then you need to recruit it locally. What's the problem here? I'm trying to change my background, but I guess I'm not allowed. I don't know why. Hello. There you go. There we go. I watched a video, man. It's really weird. Well, let's not move away from this idea yet, right? What's the question right now in everybody's mind? What is that singular question? You look at the voting. Who the hell voted for these people? The question in my head is always, in instances like this, we know there are people that hate the country. There are people out there that hate you, that hate the country, that look at you and see an enemy, that look at you and see a problem. I'm not talking to white people. I'm not talking to black people. You know who you are, right? The American loving patriot, probably Christian, right? Conservative. The question is, what's the max number a society can absorb? And have we reached that max? That's a scary question. But it is the question. Because you know there are people out there that hate the country. They hate the classics. They hate the language. They hate the Bible. They hate that the nation could possibly be founded Christian, right? By Christian founders. They hate the idea that these men could be so great. And probably a lot of them hate the fact that they could be so white and so great. You know what I mean? Because you look at the Bill of Rights and you look at the Constitution and you look at common sense and you look at the thoughts of Patrick Henry and you say to yourself, these were great people who envisioned... Everybody who has an issue in America right now and how to, number one, keep the government out of it. And the Democrats have fundamentally lost what is that basic element of being American, which is no government, minimal government. Not government controls everything. Not government enforces. Not government medicates. Not government kills. Government health care is suicide by government, you know. This was speculation from my hosts and people like us years and years ago. It was speculation. We asked the question in the Obama years, well, what happens when costs get too high for the government? The government has to make decisions about your life. Like, maybe you shouldn't drink so much soda because you're overweight. And I got to pay for it. And then, of course, maybe grandma, 85 years old. I know she's got her wits about her and meets with her groups and does her walks and watches the grandbabies maybe from time to time. But do we really have the money as a nation to support grandma? It's all happening. See Canada, see England, see the Deutsche Bank. Not the Deutsche. The Vikings. See the Vikings. They're big on the suicide, the assisted suicide by government. So the world is corrupt. The world is bankrupt. You know what I mean? And we have to build within our home and then beyond something that's better. And we don't have to figure it out. We don't have to reinvent the wheel. This is a larger part of the 100-year amnesia that I talk about. The 100-year amnesia came from comfort and convenience. It came from what we obtain too cheaply, esteem too lightly. At least once a week, I sit there and think, why so many people upset? Why so many people unnerved about the situations and their own condition in this life, there is a path to success for everyone in America. It's a willingness to follow down that path. It's the question of how far will you go? And I don't mean that in a dangerous, radical way. I just mean how far will you push yourself to make your dreams come true? Are you willing to do the things that I do? I know a lot of people who are unwilling to just wake up when I wake up to make all this happen. You know what I mean? That's it. That's the cost of your dreams. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods. Do you understand what it takes to figure things like this out in a time like this? There's no Walmart. He's not looking at Walmart. He's not looking at the Dollar General, by the way, Thomas Paine and saying, you know, that heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods. It's brilliant. It's beyond measure. It really is. Good morning from Oregon. Ellen, I hope, yeah, God bless you up there in Oregon. That's all I can say. Right before I got on, this all is in my head, this whole, the stirring, right? The stirring. It's time for big change in terms of how your family operates, how the, you know, The world at large can't operate the way that it operates. It just doesn't... It's not going to work in the long term. There's too many threats. There's too many unknowns. There's too much of a lack of faith in institutions and even in... I mean, just in things like food and water. The level of distrust you have in your tap water, the level of distrust you have in your food, your voting system, right? There's already... I didn't look into it, so I don't want to say it's true or not true, but there's already... all kinds of strange things going on with election, right? This morning I got a phone call, Someone tells me that 100% of counties in Texas voted Democrat. 100%. Sounds reasonable. Texas! Texas! So, you know, there's that. You have to get outside of it. And I'm talking about so you can fight. I'm talking about so you can survive. I'm talking about so you can live. You see, prepping used to be about bracing for impact. It used to be about bracing for this thing that could come. There is no more could come, okay? You are being overwhelmed intentionally by corruption. By distrust, your faith is tarnished more than you can even wrap your head around. And I don't mean just your faith in God. I'm talking about your faith, period. You look at the things in your life. You look at the most dear things in your life. Men are being programmed to have no faith in their wives. Women are being programmed to have no faith in their husbands. Parents are being programmed to have no faith in their children and children in their parents. No faith in anything. No good standing with anything. There is no base beneath your feet. Everything is sand and dust and ash. And you might as well just hold the hand of AI in the government and let them take care of you. It's all you got. This is what they want you to believe. You know? This is what they want you to believe. Before I got on the show, I watched a video. It just popped up in my feed. And it was called Art Terrorism. I wouldn't normally bring something like this up. The title, Art Terrorism, period, was shocking. And then the title of the YouTube channel was like, yeah, I'm going to watch these videos. It's called The War on Beauty. And it's not The War on Beauty products. You know what I mean? It's The War on Beauty. And this is an outside of PB & T. near to my heart topic, okay? Because I believe all the way down to the structures that are built that I can't tell, listen, I don't know if what's happened to society is a plan. Turn everything right angular and ugly and hideous and take God out of everything and take beauty out of everything, right? I don't know if it's a plan. I don't know if it's Because there's a lack of creativity. I don't know if it's because corporations, right? Because we're not going to spend money to etch little flowers into the railings of the home. Put the straight wood up and sell the house and make the money. Sell the property, sell the business, right? Make the money. The money is the beauty. The money is the craftsmanship. The money is God. Honestly, I don't know if it's demons. I don't know if it's hell. I don't know if it's the devil himself, right? There's a definite piece about that, right? There's definitely a piece there. Let's make them hopeless and miserable. It's harder. It's a lot harder to praise God when you're hopeless and miserable. You get that big paycheck, man. You're in here. God, I can't believe it happened. Thank you so much. Right? Unless you're at the bottom. You find them again when you're at the bottom. The lightest and the darkest of moments is where God's easiest to find for sure. But I watched this video, The War on Beauty, because I believe there is a war on beauty. And I don't think it's completely and totally intentional. I think it's just a culmination of things. I think it's a culmination of things that we have to fight back against. And the only way to do that is to create beauty. That's the only way to battle that. But anyway, what really, well, I'll show you. I'll show you why this video got me right out of the gate. The topic is great. We're not going to go into the art itself because it's, I mean, it's an insane sort of situation. But we'll go into it. I'll show you why. In the world of filtered skin and, you know, hair done, nails done, you know, you see a female content creator And it's that. It's perfect. Everything's perfect. Everything's perfect. It's made to be perfect because perfect is the only thing. And look, in that sort of sanitized nightmare, that stuff is also rough. You know what I. Mean? And the first thing that I'm greeted with is open. open butt cheeks spewing out 15 feet of shit coming out of a human like wax figure on the floor on all. Fours, a naked woman. And closer, you know, you see this and you're like, well, actually the first thing I did was turn to the left away from it into another room where I was greeted by What looks like blood-stained walls with corpses hanging from the ceiling. Me and my mom. Now, it's not the shock value that got me. Okay? It's not the shock value of something like this that got me. Again, it's called the war on beauty if you're into it. Right? Yeah, I'm a pretty tough guy to shock in terms of imagery. But what got me is a crying woman. And not a fake crying woman. A woman who's all blotchy. You know what I mean? She's all blotchy and she's crying. Is it performative? Maybe a bit. Maybe a bit. But I think it's real. And I was reminded of what a superpower that is. Literally, that's what shocked me. What shocked me was to see a woman crying in a way that, you know, Not crying because she can't pay rent because she, you know, whatever. But crying, heartbroken at the state of things. And she goes on to talk about the importance of art and those kinds of things and how they affect society and what they're meant to do and how they're timeless and all those things. And she does so in tears the whole time, basically. And what you're seeing is someone who's brought to the brink Something they've loved has been so corrupt that it's unbelievable. And there's a realization there. And I found a quote. I never heard it. It's an unknown quote, but it says, there's a specific kind of silence that follows a woman's cry of heartbreak. It is the sound of a world shifting. And it reminded me of what kind of fuel A woman's tears can be. For the men in her life. For a society like ours. You don't understand, man. You know, women have been. Made to be tough, right? You have to be tough like the boys. There's nothing wrong with it. But there I'm just telling you from a from a. Primal level. To see a woman crying like that, it does something to the men. So when you start to think about a society where, all right, well, don't cry, ladies. That's for babies. Don't really express how you really feel. And when you make content online, make sure that you have the eyeliner and make sure that you have the blush. Because then you can't cry or your makeup will get messed up. You don't want your makeup to get messed up. And like I said, is this a bit performative? Maybe. But it was effective. It was effective, I'll tell you that. And I started thinking, what would the world look like if when Democrats took power like this, if rather than seeing bunches of videos of women reeling about what the next step will be and I got to prepare and I got to... I know a lot of this has to do with the fact that, again, we're back to faith. When you have a... When you have a lot of single women. When you have a society that is fractured. And they don't have men to depend on. And maybe the men in their life are dog shit too. So they don't depend on them. And they've learned not to depend on them. Maybe that's when you wind up with a society full of women who don't cry. Because what's the point? I'm telling you the point. Because your tears... Everybody's equal. Your tears... have an effect on us. You know what I mean? It's powerful. You can't, maybe you can't, I don't know if you can feel it or not. but from a man's perspective when you see a distressed woman crying like something like that and you realize that this is attached to a greater cultural failing this is attached to a like this is a diagnostic test that has failed in this woman's soul it does something to you. And I just think about the gravity of like, if you really wanted to depower men, forget about testosterone and forget about plastic and foods and water and all that kind of shit. Forget about all that. What you do is take away every protective inclination and instinct from them. Just take it away. Take it out of the picture. Women are fine. They don't need you. Women don't need you. Get out of her way. Look at her. She's fine. She can handle herself. Knowing all of that's true anyway. But you program the men not to feel it. And you program the women not to feel it. And then all of a sudden you don't have women crying out. In the way that they have always done throughout history. When things get bad. Right? Right? There's power in your tears, ladies. You know that. You know, a lot of women learn at a young age there's power in their tears. They use it for the wrong reasons. But when you see something like that, man, I don't know if you guys feel it. Do you men feel that? You see a video like that? Do you feel that? Tell me, do you feel that? Do you feel, do you realize all of a sudden, like, oh, what have we done? Who have we allowed to And listen, for years, if you've listened to my show, you know I always say it. Modern art is garbage. It's one of the worst elements of modern anything. Just horrible. I mean, just horrible in all capacities. PBM Family, this is a crazy show. This is a crazy show. But it's because it's been one day, and I watched the stock market fall over. And I told you that the conversation with AI had happened already. I told you that yesterday. I found out today that they're going to go after the oil deals. They're going to go after what's happening in the Hormuz Strait. They're going to go after the Venezuelan oil deals. They want to investigate corporate America. I really think they want to collapse everything. What I see, you look at their plans, you look at what it is they want to do, and maybe the country doesn't get it because their line was the same line that Abigail Spanberger, the mother of mayhem, ran on. She ran on this. She did affordability for Virginians. We need to cut prices, cut everything. Taxes have gone up. Gas prices have gone up. State tax could come off. She could do that. Everything's gone up. She put us back into climate accord bullshit, so now we pay more for electricity? Prepping is essential. Please stay tuned to PBN. Please go through the archives. Go to PrepperBroadcasting.com and ask questions. You can ask our archive questions. You can go to PrepperBroadcasting.com and ask it anything. Let's do it real quick together. But I'm telling you right now, basic prepping is not enough. Just the same way that a 72-hour kit is not enough. We're at the point where things have to change. Your lifestyle should be changing. Where your food is coming from should be changing. How you think about the future of powering your home should be changing. I'm not saying it has to change today. I'm not saying you have to go out and spend $ 10, 000 on solar panels and batteries. If you got it, I'd do it. These are the things you have to think about. These are the priorities, right? Let's see. Can you guys see it? Let me double check. So in order to get here, you just go to PrepperBroadcasting.com PBN Archive Search, right? Go here. How do I prepare for one month? How about that? Let's see what that brings up, right? This is not ChatGPT. This is not an artificial intelligence pulling from Wikipedia. This is pulling literally from our archives, our transcribed podcasts. That's how this brain works. We've got aim for a 90-day supply of essentials. We've got 72 hours is not enough, how to build a home fortress, free and cheap preps. What else do we got down here? Go bag checklist. Right? This is awesome right here. We've got Preppers Live with Darius with Prepared Mentality. That was a good show. I forgot about that show. So you've got all these resources that take you there. You know what I mean? Or what if you're thinking of like, how do I stockpile more water for preparedness? Right? Maybe you just want to address the water thing. Maybe you're like, I don't know what's going on, but I need more water. I need to be prepared in that way. Diversify your water solutions. Secure water resources as a foundational prep. Supplement stored water with rainwater harvesting. I mean, these are great ones, man. These are great, great shows. Choose durable and practical water storage. Locate store water in jugs, utility and convenience. Store emergency water in your bathtub. Preppers Live. We got a Reddit Q & A. All these shows do this, go into this. Emergency Water Storage Solutions with the Homestead Honey Hour. There's a great one that I'm surprised didn't come up from Sarah Hathaway. Yeah, man. If you want to use these resources, that's how you dig in. You dig into the whole of the PBN Archive with that search bar. The world is changing. You can look at it like a depression. You can look at it like a war. You can look at it like whatever. But, you know, we're in the midst of something here, guys. It's not something that's coming. We're in the midst of something here. And I don't think that preparedness is enough. I really don't. You know, one of the things I've been talking to hosts about is goldbacks. Like, we have to do our part to. Make these goldbacks a legitimate currency in enough stores that it makes sense. Goldbacks need to become a currency. I mean, they are to some degree already. There are a bunch of stores that take them. My new project, and I haven't reached out to them to tell them this yet, but I will. My new project is called Your Family Codex. And Your Family Codex is looking at this time, this moment right now, And realizing you're going to want to capture the truth. And you're going to want to capture the realities of your family and the lineage and the stories and who your family really was. You're going to want to capture things like the recipes that really make family what it is. The traditions, the daily routines, the mottos, the quotes, the movies, everything. I developed a large questionnaire and examples, fillable PDFs, a whole process on self-publishing so that you can take this package, this Your Family Codex package, and create your codex. I'll write it for you, but it's going to be way more expensive. You know what I mean? If I do it, I'm completely open to doing it for people. It's expensive, and then you also get into sort of privacy stuff. You know what I mean? Like, do I want to share everything about my family with the podcast guy? You know what I mean? The DIY Your Family Codex is going to be very cheap, and we're going to take goldbacks for it. Yeah. You could pay with goldbacks. And that's my first step into the fray. You ask what I'm doing, what are we doing at PBN to make a difference, that kind of thing. If we're going to bring these big changes about, these are the things that we have to do. I'm going to reach out to Goldback and let them know, but I'm fully committed that if someone wants to buy the Your Family Codex DIY package so that they can create their own family history and print it in hardback now, while you still can, we'll take goldbacks for that. It's the first time we've ever taken an alternative currency, okay? So it's a big deal. This is the mindset, okay? This is the mindset. How do we preserve what is America? How do we build these new– not everything has to be new and not everything has to be remade. I mean, a gold bag is not really new. You know what I mean? It's not really a new thing. It is essentially what? It's gold, baby. It's been currency forever, right? These are the times to try men's souls. You're going to find out a lot about yourself in the days and weeks and months and years to come. I'm going to leave you with that. I've got like six more shows I should do today. This one just had to come out. All right? Share it. Spread the word. If nothing else, just share the common sense portion. You know what I mean? From Thomas Paine. Talk to you soon, PBM family. Get busy. But what also you put in here is your home internet, your home off-grid internet, right? What's your home off-grid internet? Your home off-grid internet is your prep or disc, right? When the Wi-Fi goes out, when the power goes out, your family connects to the prep or disc. What makes the prep or disc so unique is that you can hop on it, your wife can hop on it, your son can hop on it, your daughter can hop on it, all through their phone or device just by connecting to the Wi-Fi, right? It comes packed with all kinds of goodies. It's got 60,000 units. classic books. It's got FEMA. It's got maps. It's got medical. It's got prepping resources like you wouldn't even believe. It's got entertainment. If I had a prepper disc back in 2020, I would put my kid's entire curriculum on the prepper disc here. And he would have used this as an online resource to do his work. What Prepper doesn't want their own Batcave? Safehouse Group LLC builds fortified spaces throughout homes, and they want to give you a complimentary initial consultation. Safehouse evolved from my father's architecture firm, which I've been working at for over 20 years now myself. We did panic rooms, safe rooms, hidden spaces, hidden compartments for clients over those years. And as time has gone on, the demand has grown to a point where we decided to make its own entity, which is Safe House Group. It started out with panic rooms and safe rooms and converting our clients' primary walk-in closets and bedrooms into fortified spaces. Have you had this on your mind? Have you had a plan for a space, for a closet, for a safe room? For an arsenal. But it has also evolved. We also do fortification and other spaces, such as clients' wine collections or watch collections, car collections, for gum rooms, gum safes, and display rooms. Visit safehousegroupllc.com for your complimentary initial consultation.
