[00:00:11] Okay PBN Family, this is a tip, a tip, a prepper tip of the day. I don't have the tip music but you know, a tip's a tip. So I got this from listening to James last night and he had a shooter on, a competitive shooter. This is an easy way to determine if you're proficient. Okay, no bullets required.
[00:00:37] If you are looking at your weapon to load, unload, change magazines, draw, do anything, you are not proficient. You have to be able to do things without looking, with your eyes closed in the complete darkness.
[00:00:59] This comes from a background of police training when I was a state trooper. We did it so you didn't do anything with your dominant hand, with your drawing hand. Okay? This is the next level up. If you can do everything you do without looking, without looking at it or looking down, if you look down, you're dead.
[00:01:24] Even if you can't return fire, you can react to whatever that bad guy's doing if you're looking at him. If you're not looking at him, he can do whatever he wants and you won't see it coming. So you have to do it without looking.
[00:01:41] Next, you have to do it with your weak hand. Okay? So that is a way that you can determine your level of preparedness without even firing a bullet. That is the prepper tip of the day. Take care and prep on.
