[00:00:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Non-lethal weapons.
[00:00:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Non-lethal weapons.
[00:00:22] [SPEAKER_00]: You need to have non-lethal weapons in your arsenal.
[00:00:26] [SPEAKER_00]: These are things like,
[00:00:27] [SPEAKER_00]: to your gas, mace, spray, taser, type,
[00:00:34] [SPEAKER_00]: stun gun, type things,
[00:00:37] [SPEAKER_00]: non-lethal weapons in your arsenal.
[00:00:44] [SPEAKER_00]: And you may not carry these around.
[00:00:48] [SPEAKER_00]: It depends upon the situation,
[00:00:50] [SPEAKER_00]: but you need to have them because,
[00:00:53] [SPEAKER_00]: here's the tip.
[00:00:55] [SPEAKER_00]: If you ever have to interrogate someone,
[00:00:59] [SPEAKER_00]: they would come in very handy.
[00:01:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Very handy, just saying.
[00:01:08] [SPEAKER_00]: There's situations where you use non-lethal force
[00:01:12] [SPEAKER_00]: and you escalate,
[00:01:14] [SPEAKER_00]: but I'm telling you,
[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_00]: you put a dog shock collar on someone that's tied up
[00:01:20] [SPEAKER_00]: and you want to know something.
[00:01:23] [SPEAKER_00]: You just shock them a few times,
[00:01:25] [SPEAKER_00]: and they're going to tell you everything they know about everything.
[00:01:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, it's not going to kill them,
[00:01:32] [SPEAKER_00]: but it's going to make them so uncomfortable
[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_00]: that they won't stop talking.
[00:01:37] [SPEAKER_00]: That's just my proper tip of the day.
[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_00]: You do what you want.
[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_00]: It's just funny.
