[00:00:04] [SPEAKER_00]: A Person Who Applicates And Practices Prepared This One Wedding For Any Event That Will Disrupt

[00:00:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Their Daily Team That Is A Prepper

[00:00:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Hello everyone out there on internet, Radio Land. This is Dave Jones, the NBC guy.

[00:00:33] [SPEAKER_00]: How are you doing on this Wednesday? Wednesday? Boy, there's something to be said for hurricanes.

[00:00:39] [SPEAKER_00]: They give you such great weather after they go through.

[00:00:44] [SPEAKER_00]: We've had nothing but beautiful, beautiful days and cool nights, good sleeping weather.

[00:00:52] [SPEAKER_00]: They say that it's going to be an early fall this year, so we'll see.

[00:00:58] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, what can you do about the weather? Nothing.

[00:01:02] [SPEAKER_00]: So, you just kind of prep on.

[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Sorry I didn't do any daily audio caches or interviews this weekend at the family reunion, but it was nice.

[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_00]: It was really, really nice. Great weather and next to God's love family is the best blessing you can have.

[00:01:28] [SPEAKER_00]: So, it's always good when we get together like that.

[00:01:34] [SPEAKER_00]: So, PBM Family, I wanted to talk about fasting. Yes.

[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_00]: And I have the fasting expert here in the car. She's going to chime in if I get anything wrong.

[00:01:48] [SPEAKER_00]: She's waving her hand. She's, boy this is great. She's on mute.

[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I have a remote control and can mute her.

[00:01:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, fasting is, I don't know why they call it fasting when it goes so slow.

[00:02:07] [SPEAKER_00]: These are the jokes people.

[00:02:09] [SPEAKER_00]: So, if you're going to participate in this challenge, you should weigh yourself before you start

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_00]: and then weigh yourself after the fast is over so you know what happened to your body.

[00:02:25] [SPEAKER_00]: Also, during the fast you got to stay hydrated and there's this, what do you call it? Snake water?

[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's a potassium and sodium. I will give you the recipe later.

[00:02:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, she'll give us the recipe later. And this is a drink that you drink and it keeps you hydrated.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_00]: And then record what happens to your body. Like how did you feel the first 24 hours?

[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_00]: And then the second 24 hours and the third 24 hours.

[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_00]: What was your sleep pattern like? Did you sleep better or worse?

[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, just look at the changes and learn what it's like when you start the beginning stages of starvation.

[00:03:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I said, we used to do fasting about once a quarter. This is when I was retired.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Now that I'm working again, we do it maybe twice a year.

[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_00]: So, but we would do it and it would reset our metabolism.

[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_00]: And we would reap the benefits long after the fast was over.

[00:03:51] [SPEAKER_00]: So, it's really a good thing and I think that's why it's mentioned so many times in the Bible that you should do this to get your body back to what it's supposed to be here.

[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Metabolic clock, so to speak.

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, P.V. and family, I just wanted to point out the obvious assault on the First Amendment.

[00:04:19] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, and Trump's talk to Elon Musk and how they're making speech legal or illegal.

[00:04:31] [SPEAKER_00]: And you know, they have to do this to stop the spread of an idea.

[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_00]: And you know, what was it? Hugo said nothing's more powerful than an idea whose time has come.

[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_00]: And whose time has come is to take back our government.

[00:04:55] [SPEAKER_00]: They're not going to pull these same shenanigans.

[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_00]: They're not going to, but my worry is the vice president will not certify the vote.

[00:05:09] [SPEAKER_00]: He will claim that Trump is illegitimate and the United States will be in chaos.

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, just total chaos.

[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_00]: But before that happens they have to clamp down on everybody.

[00:05:31] [SPEAKER_00]: And our government is, yeah, a good start would be 50%.

[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_00]: 50% of the people need to be, the government should never be the largest business in your country.

[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I'm pretty sure someone Google this, but the federal government is the largest employer in the United States.

[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_00]: And that should not be.

[00:06:01] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, when this government first started, George Washington had more people working on his plantation

[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_00]: than worked in the entire government of the United States.

[00:06:15] [SPEAKER_00]: And you have to say, what happened? What happened?

[00:06:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Government produces nothing but more government.

[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_00]: So if you want to suck down an economy, if you want to bankrupt a country,

[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_00]: you just keep growing government because they don't produce anything.

[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_00]: And have you ever heard of a country ever taxing its way to prosperity?

[00:06:44] [SPEAKER_00]: No, it just doesn't happen.

[00:06:47] [SPEAKER_00]: So PBM family, this is the call to action, call to action.

[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Vote early and vote often.

[00:06:58] [SPEAKER_00]: Now everybody needs to vote.

[00:07:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Holy crap.

[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_00]: You don't have the right to complain if you don't vote.

[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_00]: So get out there and vote.

[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Vote like your life depends on it because it surely may.

[00:07:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I'm going to end this here and see if I can upload it.

[00:07:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, hey, how about the archives?

[00:07:22] [SPEAKER_00]: It came from the archives.

[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Two man, Tim, it came from the archives.

[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling you, he don't get enough love on this network.

[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_00]: And Justin Carroll don't get enough love.

[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_00]: It was a great episode.

[00:07:42] [SPEAKER_00]: I remember listening to that one.

[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, take care PBM family and stay tuned to PBM.
