A Big Day Big Change at PBN

Today is one of those days, folks, where working for yourself is really sweet. It's actually one of the biggest days in the history of the Prepper Broadcasting Network. It's unfolded in a matter of like three hours. Crazy. Insane. What's happened today has been madness. And it really is something that I feel silly about not doing a long time ago. We just set off a cluster bomb in the podcasting world is what we did. Okay. The Prepper Broadcasting Network... Has done something that I thought about doing for years. But never really went through with it. Never really understood how it might look or what it could do or what it might not do or undo. You know, the whole thing. And... Essentially... We were largely one podcast entity. You search the Prepper Broadcasting Network and boom, PBN comes up. There is a limited access podcast that exists for Lifetimers that I need to do a better job at updating and I'm sorry about that. And then after a long conversation about You know, what the Prepper Broadcasting Network is. I met with the guys from Be Prepared Solutions. PBN is not the Canadian prepper. You know what I mean? PBN is not the Canadian prepper. Yet we present ourselves and have presented ourselves for a long time in the same kind of ways. Here is one place and one thing with 20 different personalities in it. And a multitude of topics. You know what we are. You know what PBN is. PBN is a unique thing. But it is largely a network, and Brian really broke it down for me in a way that made a lot of sense. And he said, you know, if you were not PBN, if you were CBS, then you would have more than one channel, right? You'd have channels. And I guess in my 90s kid brain, I'm thinking about the TV Guide, and I'm going, you know what, that makes a lot of sense. We do have a hell of a lot of channels here at PBN, and we got them all under one thing. So what I just got done doing is I created a number of new podcasts. And when I say podcasts, I don't mean episodes of podcasts that will show up here on PBN. Although everything will show up here on PBN. If you're listening to this podcast right now, then everything that is born of the Prepper Broadcasting Network will always appear on this main channel. But what I just did is I went and created PBN Medical. PBN Tactical. PBN Faith. PBN News and Intel. PBN Politics. PBN Prepare. And each one of these is its own podcast. I also created the Surviving America podcast. Standing on its own two feet. Okay? Okay? For you, the loyal Prepper Broadcasting Network listener, I don't know if this is a good thing or not. You may not care at all. You may say, I listen to PBN, whatever comes on, comes on. But it will give you options. It will definitely give you options. There's only one episode under each of these categories. Oh, and PBN Homestead. Sorry, PBN Homestead as well. But each one of these is a new standalone podcast out there in the podcasting world. You know, What's it all about? Why? It's about the fact that we are an immensely dense and effective podcast network. And one of the things that I've always worried about, probably the biggest thing I've always worried about, is if we have someone new who hops on the PBN, they get hit with a tidal wave, man. They get hit with this tidal wave. of hosts and shows and information and you know i like this guy and then all of a sudden this guy disappears and here's another person here's a girl and i like her and she's got a really good she's only on once a week and i don't know what day she's on and maybe that's you know maybe if we had a more a better schedule or something along that line right up front that could help but i also think bringing these new channels to life is going to help a lot too You're going to see more of this. Here at PBN. And I just wanted to. Break the news here first. So that everybody knows. When they go looking for PBN. And they see. What the hell is PBN medical? What is PBN tactical? What is PBN politics? What is PBN news and intel? Everything. That is born of the Prepper Broadcasting Network. Will be here. Okay. It will be here. And it will be here first. And then. it'll be double posted over where it could be effective if it could be effective, right? If it is a Tactical Tuesday, it's going to wind up at PBN Tactical. If it's a show about, you know, putting the guard into bed for the winter, it's going to wind up in PBN Homestead. It's still going to be in the collective PBN home base headquarters podcast right here, but it's also going to exist elsewhere. So if, you know, if you're in the mood for just homestead talk, homestead podcasts, then you don't have to listen to the shadow. You don't have to listen to James talk politics and whatever. You know what I mean? You can just go to the PBN Homestead Podcast and listen to that. I lament on the microphone a lot, guys. And it is taxing. There's no doubt about it. It's not your fault. You know what I mean? It's definitely not your fault. It's nobody's fault. If anybody, it's my fault. But I lament a lot on the microphone and off the microphone. The world is in turmoil. And not just the world events, but the mind of the average American is in turmoil. What's my next move? You know what I mean? Literally, what is my next move? Right? Everything's too expensive. Everything's going crazy. I have more access to the craziness of the world than ever before. And it is affecting people. And it's a type of torture, folks, to be quite honest with you, to hold on to all this information and have... It's not just me. You know what I mean? You've got to understand I've got this funnel. I've got this key. I've got this, you know, just this immense codex of information that... That everybody wants. And I think getting them through the door at the main PPN channel and then having them completely overwhelmed yet again, right? You're coming to a prepper broadcasting network or a prepper podcast to kind of help you take some of the pressure off. You know what I mean? And you wind up leaving there even more overwhelmed. Huh? What? Who? What was this guy talking about? And who's that guy? And who's the Dave Jones, the NBC guy? And who's Jordan? And who are the Matter of Facts guys? And the Patriot Power Hour, they do a lot of cool stuff. You know what I mean? Making it more granular, I think, not only will it help new people find us and stick with the information that they want to learn... I think it might help you guys, too. It might help you guys enjoy PBN a little more if you're not so much interested in certain topics or if you're having the kind of day where you just want to hear James rant about politics. Dave, James, all the hosts just rant about politics and you go to the PBN politics. podcast and just listen to great shows from, you know, this week, last week, the archive, all on politics. Or maybe politics is the thing that makes you the sickest of all, which, you know, I think we're kind of all in that boat. And all you want to do is think about planning the perfect homestead, right? That's all you want. You just want to hear about guns and tactics. So you go over to PBN Tactical and just listen to show after show after show of that. Resistance operations with Dane D. You know, the new Kiloton tactical interview, fighting the ATF. All these different things that are available in our larger archive are going to now be available under those smaller podcasts. Or maybe you just want to listen to Surviving America. 96 episodes of Surviving America. We're going to get all those up on the Surviving America podcast. Jay Ferg says that she'd like to have a Phoenix survival standalone podcast. So we could take her archive and throw that into a standalone podcast, which gives you the ability to say, you know, this is Jordan. She's amazing. And this is all her shows. This is her podcast here. You know, follow her podcast. With over 7,000 shows, folks... You know what I mean? It gets to the point where you just... You've got to figure out how to be efficient with all this stuff... Or else... It just... Dissolves. In the world of, you know... Megaton content every single day... It just dissolves. And everybody... Every host... Every host, really, and every listener... Deserves better than that. In my book... From my point of view... Every host... Whoever at PBN who's taken the time to put an hour together and brought it to our attention and taught us all something deserves better than that. And every listener, right, who's– if you come to PBN, you're not coming for the bashing of Kamala Harris or something silly like that. You're coming because I got to get prepared, man. I need a podcast. I need a group. I need something to help guide me here. Every listener deserves that. Right? They deserve the ability to search. More granularly. Through this podcast. Archive. Which is absolutely monumental. You know. We're. Guys. We have three. Over three million. Downloaded episodes. Of podcasts. You know what I mean? There comes a point where. I don't know. You just got to think a little bigger. And that's what we did today. I hope you don't mind me droning on and on. But. There's gravity here. You know what I mean? This is a big day. This is a day that really changes a lot of things. I don't even know how much it changes the landscape of prepper podcasting at large. I don't know in a month, in two months, what simply searching the word prepper podcast will look like when you go to a Spotify or an iTunes. It was one of my biggest concerns. Literally, one of my biggest concerns was like, you can't put out 12 different podcasts, dude. Because you're going to flood everything with PBN. You're going to hurt other guys who are doing this. You know what I mean? And that's not good. But then again, you know, this is a free market, right? This is what it's all about. It's a war of ideas and services and, you know, people who like what we do will... watch us and listen to us, and people who don't will find other podcasts, you know, I don't know what it is about me, I can't, I can't release the hounds 100%, you know, I have trouble with that, it's, it's going away, it's, you know, my empathy is, seems like it's going away a little bit, I don't know what that's about, but I'm definitely, but then again, you know, you ask anybody who works with me or knows me, I'm I know there's room for everybody to be successful. Sometimes I find myself holding my true power back because there's some voice in my head that says, you know, that's the right thing to do. I don't know. Tomorrow night, folks, we're going to be doing some election coverage. Rumor has it Dave Jones and I are going to be doing some election coverage tomorrow night starting 8 p.m. Eastern. And until we get done, you know what I mean, until we feel like stoppin'. We'll be doing some election coverage and see how it goes, man. We're about to see some amazing stuff in the United States of America. And it may kick off tomorrow night. Who knows? I don't know what it's going to look like. But what I do know is I may hop on later tonight to do something less of a big giant announcement show. But I just wanted everybody to know what the hell is going on. Because if they go search PBN, they're going to find out what the hell happened. What is all this stuff, right? But I... I do think that if everything does get even more crazy in the United States, that what I've done today is created a more accessible means of getting at the greatest information on preparedness. The greatest informational archive, at least in the audio sense, of prepping, survival, and And patriotism, too, to some degree. That exists on the internet. You know what I mean? How else do you define a 7,000 episode archive that is what we do, right? How else do you describe an archive, define an archive that holds the complete works of Judson Carroll? A 30-minute podcast on almost every single thing that grows that you can eat or turn into medicine. You know what I mean? I don't even know a thousand plus episodes of a guy like Dave Jones, the NBC guy, imparting knowledge. The resistance operations by Dane D, which are... How do you value that? You know what I mean? How do you even value something like that? We're not there yet in this country where that stuff seems a lot more pertinent than just a historical... And hopefully we never get there. But should we get there? How do you value a family affair and Phoenix survival and the journey of an incredibly independent and self-reliant female like Jordan doing her thing over spans of a decade and how it works in life? in rural Mississippi to urban Myrtle Beach back into the mountains of Appalachia. That conversation right there is what a large chunk of the United States wants to hear about right now anyway. I'm in urban blank and I want to move to rural blank and what are the challenges? How do you quantify Sarah Hathaway? You know what I mean? This is what I'm talking about. This is what I'm talking about. So, yeah. Enjoy it. Go play around with it if you want to go see it. I mean, there's not a whole lot to play around with. There's only one episode on each. But I think something big happened today, folks. I could be wrong. You know what I mean? They might all just disappear into the ether and not be effective at all. But I have a feeling that's not going to be the case. All right? I do appreciate everything, guys. And like I said, remember this beyond a shadow of a doubt. Everything that is PBN will be here first. It will be here and it will be here first.
